  • Looking for a place to relax and unwind? Looking for a place to boat, ski, and swim? The Haven is the perfect place for one or multiple families to come and enjoy the beauty of the outdoors! The home is nestled on 3 wooded acres on the end of a cul de sac so it is very private. You can sit out on the covered deck or patio and enjoy the beautiful year round lake view or relax by the fire at the fire pit that overlooks the lake or in the large hot tub. There is plenty of nature for the children to explore and safe areas for the children to run and play outside.
    The home has 5 bedrooms: 2 Master Suites, one with a king bed, walk-in shower and one with a king bed and shower/tub combo. Another king size and a queen size room. There is a large room with a set of bunk beds and two twin beds. There is a connecting 1/2 bath. If you have additional guests there is a loft area with a queen size pull out sofa bed.
    The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare your meals. Pots/pans, coffee maker with k cups and 12 cup, blender, griddle, and mixer are all provided. There are both a gas and charcoal grill outside for your family cookouts. You will enjoy a fully stocked kitchen and nice linens for your comfort and convenience. One roll of paper towels and two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom are provided.
    Sit back and relax in the living room while looking through a wall of windows overlooking the lake. For those cold evenings enjoy a fire in the stone gas fireplace. The children can relax in their own space downstairs while the adults are upstairs. Complete with a foosball table, 55" flat screen TV and game table the downstairs is set up to entertain! There is also a ping pong table and dart board for those late night tournaments . The house has has 6 flat screen TVs, Wifi, and Netflix and YouTube TV for your enjoyment, no satellite/cable. There is a cover deck area with large hot tub, party lights and bistro set for additional entertainment. There is a fire pit overlooking the lake, please bring your own firewood.
    The house has a wrap around porch to experience the most nature has to offer and both Master Suites walk out to the deck. The other two rooms walk out to a covered patio with a lake view and comfortable chairs to relax in. There is plenty of parking in the driveway and easy boat turn around in the cul de sac. Unlike many properties on Center Hill lake the drive is NOT treacherous. There is a recreation area and boat ramp 1.8 miles from the house and Sligo marina is close by with pontoon boat rentals or boat slips available by the night. There are several hiking trails close by including Burgess Falls (20 minutes), Rock Island State Park (30 minutes) and Fall Creek Falls (50 minutes ) away. There are grocery stores, restaurants and activities 15 minutes away in both Sparta and Smithville. The Haven is the perfect place for sport, leisure, and getting away from it all!

    Cleaning practices:
    -All bedding is washed between guests including all blankets and duvet covers.
    -The hot tub water is drained between each guest and refilled.
    -All hard surfaces are wiped down with disinfectant.

The Haven is the perfect spot for a large group. With 4 nice bedrooms and 41/2 bathrooms there was plenty of room for everyone. We had a group of 9 and it would have easily accommodated more. There are separate living areas and plenty of games for the kids. The kitchen is large and well stocked, and we appreciated the large dining table. Wonderful decks with great views! We would definitely stay again if in the area!

We stayed for a girls weekend. There were 10 of us and with all of the bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and two living rooms we had plenty of space. We enjoyed the gas fireplaces because it was a chilly weekend and nice to be indoors. But the big windows allowed us to enjoy the beautiful view. If you have a large group, you will enjoy this space!

We found your lake house to be the perfect amount of space, and in a great location for our family Christmas. The home is spacious and the kids could play in the basement without the adults hearing much in the main living space. The location was quiet, with a beautiful lake view and we found the nearby town of Sparta to have cute downtown shopping and boutiques. We also enjoyed hiking at Burgess Falls and a day trip into Nashville. We were thrilled to have a Christmas tree there for us to use and found the host friendly and responsive. The hot tub was well maintained and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook several meals. Highly recommend this house for either multiple couples or a family with children. We had 13 and were very comfortable with bathroom and bedroom layouts and would love to return in the summertime and do some boating!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The house is very well kept and clean, with plenty of room for everyone in our group. The view of the lake is amazing, especially in the evenings with beautiful sunsets. The house is not far from the lake, with quick and easy access. The house has all the amenities we needed, and we had a great time. Would highly recommend this place!

The location is absolutely perfect! The view from the deck and two of the bedrooms is nothing short of spectacular. The house is so warm and welcoming. Every bed, even the twin beds were very comfortable and that is from my 55 year old brother who thought he had been demoted (he was the last one to arrive) but insisted on staying in the single bed when my nephew left and a king bed opened.The water pressure is fantastic throughout the house. As all of the women in the house were over 50, the zoned air conditioning was a blessing in addition to ceiling fans in every room as well as on the deck which made the warm evenings so pleasant.My niece and sister enjoyed the hot tub a number of times and beach towels are provided.We enjoyed the fire pit and corn hole as well.The closest major grocery store was 20 minutes away but Walmart delivers for free and will do with in 3 hours for a 5 fee…totally worth it!We did have a toilet back up one day but Stacey the host contacted Tim the property manager who was there with in minutes and took care of it.We had nine people and everyone had a wonderful and comfortable stay. Would definitely stay again.

The Haven was the perfect spot for our family reunion. There was plenty of sleeping space for all of us and having 4 and a half bathrooms was amazing!The floor plan is interesting, but it worked out great for us. The 2nd master suite is apparently part of an addition to the house. I think the “bunk room” used to be the garage and the 2nd master suite was the attic above it. It’s very nicely done with a sitting area outside the bedroom area with access to a full bathroom from both spaces. It was a perfect spot for grandparents to go to bed earlier and not hear any ruckus from the other end of the house. Access to the room requires going downstairs and then back up another set of stairs, but it’s also accessible by going out on the deck and using the sliding glass door to the bedroom - if you don’t feel like doing stairs. It was a bit confusing at first, but worked out really great. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. The view from the deck is incredible and it’s where the whole family spent the majority of our time. Thank you Stacey for sharing your space with us and giving us the opportunity to create memories with our children and grandchildren.

July 4th weekend with the family!

We had a much needed family get-away! This house was exactly what we needed. Grandkids loved all being together in the kids room with all the bunkbeds, the adults enjoyed having there own spacious bedrooms. We enjoyed coffee in the mornings on the upper deck. We rented a pontoon from Sligo Marina and had a wonderful day on Center Hill Lake. Hopefully we can make this a yearly tradition!

Great place

The Host was very accommodating- i had to change my dates not once but twice and she made it so easy to do. Place was perfect for our family- we like to put boat in at sligo- as thats the calmer end of lake. This house was within 10 minutes of Sligo dock. Also like to head to Cookeville for dinner and movie and the house is in good spot for that as well. We have adult children and we had a blast playing ping pong, darts and foosball in the evenings. House was well equipped with any game to play. Having 3 rooms with king size beds also a plus. There are also queen bed and bunk room with about 6 twin beds ( no grandkids yet so we didnt need them):). Kitchen well stocked. Will definitely be booking this place again.

8 of us traveled to The Haven for a girls knitting weekend. We had a wonderful time. We had a problem lighting the fireplace which was explained to us over the phone and fixed quickly. We hope to do this again next year. SSKs

Extended family weekend getaway

The house was perfection! Plenty of room to spread out to have your own space. The game room was a highlight for all ages! We enjoyed all of the games. The hot tub was clean and had a speaker that we used to play our music. We brought firewood and used the fire pit as well. Kitchen had everything that we needed. The view was outstanding. We drove to Burgess Falls State Park-about 20 minutes away. Highly recommend this house.

Wonderful Family Getaway!

We loved this house! The view was wonderful and the house was very clean and spacious. My children loved the basement game room and we all loved the hot tub and fire pit. My favorite thing was sitting on the deck and watching the view of the lake and the deer that came into the yard everyday. This property was very peaceful and perfect for our family vacation. We hope to return soon.

This was the perfect property for our large family during an out of town wedding. Communication with the owner was fast and easy, the house was super clean and very well stocked for any need, and the view was breathtaking. A quiet setting made for a wonderfully relaxing stay.
