Lovely stay

Great location for hiking! The home is just delightful with all new appliances. Very clean and communication with the owner was great. We stayed here for our Mammoth Hike. So enjoyed it and look forward to staying here again to enjoy more hikes.

Spring Break at Big Bittom

We spent a great week at this beautiful home hiking with our teens and dog. Close to Sparta and state parks and very close to Lost Creek nature area. We hope to return. Thanks to Jongee and John for hosting and providing everything we needed to enjoy our trip!

Secluded and Quiet!

This was probably one of our favorite VRBO’s that we have ever stayed in. The house is very nice and accommodating. The location is great, and the owner recommendations for local restaurants and activities were spot on. We will be returning!

Waterfall bound

I wanted a nice peaceful stay where I could venture out and see waterfalls. This was a great place and we enjoyed the house. It was nicely renovated and had very nice decor. We cooked a few small meals here and the kitchen was adequate. We were able to see the local waterfalls and drive to a few state parks from here. The owner was helpful in answering my questions and giving us suggestions. We enjoyed.a few shops & breakfast in downtown Sparta. I would stay here again.

Most Peaceful View!

The drive to this home thru the rolling acres of farmland was incredible. If you turn right out of the driveway, there is an area that reminded us of Cades Cove in the Smokies. This was an ideal location and beautiful home to help us slow down and rest. The beds were comfy, and kitchen was well stocked too.

Absolutely lovely!

Absolutely lovely home, setting and hosts! We enjoyed everything about it and plan to return! It was a perfect setting for my kids and I to have a little getaway. If every VRBO host was as kind, thoughtful and conscientious as these hosts, the world would be a better place!

Nice, Quiet, Pastoral Setting

This rental provided us a nice and quiet jumping off point for good exploration of the beautiful surrounding area. We enjoyed the home which was well apportioned and supplied with everything we needed and then some. All necessary communication with the home owner was well taken care of through the VRBO platform. We have no complaints and would certainly consider a stay here again.

Great house!

My son got married in Sparta and I needed a house close by for him and his groomsman to stay the night before. The house was great, enough space for them all to sleep and they really enjoyed the downstairs game room, the foosball table was a big hit, even though a few men were missing the hourglass was hilarious. This was a great house and we would definitely stay there again.

We stayed there while visiting the state park and hiking in the Mammoth March. Everything was great. My only recommendation would be out mirrors in bedrooms too! We had 4 women getting ready at the same time so that would’ve helped! But it was a great house! Very cute and comfy

We visited for a relaxing girl's weekend. The house exceeded our expectations! It had everything we needed. There were enough blankets, cozy lounging and extras to make for a great stay. The decor was so charming. It was extremely clean. We selected the house because we wanted something secluded but close to Fall Creek Falls. This was perfect! It took us only a few minutes to get to hiking spots. Everything about this place was perfection, relaxing, accommodating and cozy. Can't wait to visit again!

Weekend Visit

We weren't in town long to actually relax but this property is hands down 10/10! The cleanest place I have ever stayed. It is about 10 mins off a main road but there is great wi-fi. If you get in late they have everything you need to make it thru breakfast the next morning. They have literally thought of everything! Check in and out was a breeze. Communication was great. Parking was great. We loved everything about it! Highly recommend!
