THE SPACE:
Our two-story home is perfect for adventure and nature lovers who are looking to enjoy and explore Tennessee's beautiful wilderness & natural waterfalls, while staying in comfortably modern accommodations.

The rental is designed for you to getaway and unplug with your friends or family! Enjoy our rental amenities & activities such as foosball, cornhole, a huge deck perfect for entertaining, and the ability to have an outside campfire - don't forget to pack your s'more supplies!

The main floor gathering area is a combination of living room, dining room, and kitchen. The kitchen is fully-loaded with new appliances and everything you need to feel at home, including: full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, toaster-oven, Keurig coffee maker, Ninja blender perfect for smoothie making, crockpot, and new cookware & dishes. The cozy living room features a smart tv and access to the deck, for an indoor/ outdoor entertaining experience.

The main floor sleeping accommodations include two bedrooms with queen size beds - one bedroom has a tv in it and one does not. The third, smaller, bedroom on the main floor has a comfy futon - perfect for one person to sleep or to serve as an in-home office. The three main floor bedrooms all share a fully remodeled bathroom with a huge walk-in shower and dual shower heads.

A large spiral-staircase takes you from the main floor to the downstairs game room. Downstairs there is a bathroom with a shower, a full-size washer & dryer, lounging area with smart tv (perfect for movie nights), foosball table, card table, and host of other games to make memories during your stay. There is a twin-size daybed downstairs and a very comfy sofa that both serve as additional sleeping space, perfect for kids!

Enjoy your peaceful morning cup of coffee with mountain views on the front porch. Grill up some burgers on the deck, pour a glass of wine, and soak in the stunning TN valley sunsets in the evening. Our covered patio offers a great alternative outdoor space to protect from the sun or rain.

Our huge yard is perfect for cornhole tournaments & evening campfires.
There is tons of space for your family & pets to roam and play!

Just a short three-minute drive away, The Lost Creek State Natural Area is a 263-acre nature reserve known for its unique geological features, including a series of underground caves, sink holes, waterfalls, and disappearing streams- famous for being the beautiful set of Disney's 1994 live-action remake of the "Jungle Book". The area offers several hiking trails that range in difficulty from easy to strenuous- be sure to pack your hiking shoes!

The area also features some of Tennessee's best kayaking experiences, including: Lost Creek, Caney Fork River, Rock Island State Park, & Burgess Falls State Park.
