Sparta Township is a thriving community situated in rural Sussex County, New Jersey approximately 45 miles northwest of New York City. Sparta covers more than 38 square miles with rolling hills, beautiful lakes, picturesque farms, and inviting residential developments.
Sparta has 11 private lake communities; the largest of which is Lake Mohawk. The Lake Mohawk Boardwalk and Plaza are listed on the State and National Historic Registers also a great place if your interested in getting married at sky view golf club or the Perona farms .

We are family a oriented neighborhood, no parties, no excessive behavior. We have age restriction before booking. Please don’t hesitate to contact us through the Vrbo app .

1. No food or drinks on the couches and please take shoes off when seating in family room .
2. After using outdoor/pool towels please place inside laundry room. Do not use bathroom towels for pool area or clean up house hold .
3. Please dry up before entering inside home.
4. No loud music or noise after 8:30 pm outside please. No parties allowed.
5. Please wash the dishes and put away after use & leave counters clean if used oven please slightly wipe off any grease that spills behind .
6. Please clean grill after use and wash grill utensils.
7. No glass around pool area.
8. No smoking/vaping inside home.
9. Please don’t leave food outside due to wildlife animals that come out at night.
10. Floors throughout home are porcelain so can be very slippery when wet, please proceed with caution.
11. Please recycle all garbage and leave by garage doors.
This is my secondary home, please treat it as you would your own.

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
Check out before 10:00 AM
Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
Remove all perishable items
Take out the trash
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip linens from all used beds
Place all used linens and towels in a pile
Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
Close and lock all windows and doors
Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
