“Our host was wonderful and very easy to communicate with and the place is super cute. My only reservation is that it was pretty noisy both with traffic noise from the street nearby and also because it’s an older property, you could really hear people walking up above, a lot. But if you’re not overly sensitive to noise, it is a great deal and has wonderful walk-ability to lots of fun attractions in Greenville.”

The office does not open until 9:00 AM, so I had to wait, assuming I needed to formally check out at all. “My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights for Bon Secours 1st night the hockey game 2nd night Eric Church, this location was perfect we could see the venue through the trees so an easy walk. The 1st night we had issues getting our code to door to work but I'm sure it was our error hit a wrong number but either way we were able to get ahold of someone immediately to reset and got us right in, thanks for the quickness! The place is clean and very well equipped we will stay again for sure.”

Later a worker came and said they had a room but the fridge doesn’t work. Manager wouldn’t discount the room, this was a 4 night reservation. Then a worker said they had a room but it wasn’t clean. We waited for them to clean it. A worker said they hadn’t been paid in 4 weeks, if true.,that’s bad business”
