The house and its location are simply indescribable. It definitely makes up for the long daily drive to and from Sperlonga. We were here for sport climbing and really enjoyed the peace and quiet and the view high above the town and the sea. The walks around the house were very relaxing. The house is very well equipped and with the new heating it is very comfortable even in winter. The only thing that would be desirable is a larger cooking pot for preparing meals for six people and the elimination of a small problem with the hot water production. We would like to thank our extremely friendly hostess Luciana and know that we will definitely be back.

Wonderful Host. Luciana was extremely helpful. the home is located in a private gated subdivision, on a hill. It is completely equipped with dishes, utensils, dish, washer and a washing machine. has a private gate and a huge yard. At first the 6 km winding road from the town of Sperlonga to the house was a bit challenging but the view was spectacular. It was very good for my family of 7 due to privacy and able to rest away from the noise of the downtown. There is no air conditioning, so we had to leave doors and windows open day and night. Most nights there was a breeze due to the altidude, however windows and door screens would be recommended since there are moschitos and at times not pleasant.

Due settimane di relax e bellezza!!!

Siamo una coppia di Roma e abbiamo soggiornato per due settimane in questa splendida villa. la casa è come appare nelle foto, pulita e in uno stato complessivo buono. Dista circa dieci minuti di macchina dall'incantevole Sperlonga e dalla bella spiaggia attrezzata. In realtà la casa potrebbe ospitare fino a sette persone ma noi ci siamo innamorati quando abbiamo visto le foto su internet e abbiamo deciso di prenderla ugualmente. La signora Cerri è davvero una persona gentile e premurosa, disponibile nel dare tutte le informazioni utile per vivere al meglio la vacanza. L'unico consiglio che vorrei dare alla signora è controllare il cancello di entrata al consorzio perché alcune volte siamo tornati dopo le 23 ed era aperto. Se il prossimo anno torneremo a Sperlonga ci piacerebbe ripetere l'esperienza nella villa della signora Cerri. a Sperlonga

una vacanza che porteremo nel cuore...

“un ottimo soggiorno ambientato in un contesto straordinario”Abbiamo scelto quest'anno di isolarci dal caos e dai troppi rumori che offre il centro di Sperlonga!!! Sinceramente non ci aspettavamo di trovare un'oasi tutta per noi a pochi metri dal mare e con un panorama mozzafiato come... ci ha regalato la casa!!! E' assolutamente vera la descrizione dell'inserzione fatta nell'inserzione ... tutto corrispondente : la casa in ottimo stato e ben pulita , la posizione ubicata in un parco naturale , utile per noi per lunghe passeggiate fatte con la nostra cagnolina (dogo argentino) La casa è ben fornita di tutto, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, biancheria... !!! Molto spaziosa sia internamente che esternamente, regalandoci delle colazioni vista... golfo di Gaeta, Ponza ed il Circeo, mentre la sera godevamo di un tramonto mozzafiato intervallato dai due fari Ponza e San Felice Circeo :) Molto attenta la proprietaria ai suoi ospiti , coccolandola all'arrivo con caffè e consigli utili, una persona a dir poco piacevole. E' stata straordinaria in quanto pur rimettendoci ci ha permesso di usufruire di prolungare di altri due giorni la nostra fantastica vacanza. Ci sentiamo di consigliare spassionatamente a chiunque voglia trascorrere una vacanza al mare, ad una distanza adeguata dalla spiaggia senza rinunciare al silenzio e alla bellezza dei panorami di scegliere questa meta. Sereni anche di lasciare la nostra Lyla "padrona" del giardino con una temperatura ottimale per lei con spazi ampi . Sarà sicuramente una vacanza che porteremo per sempre nel nostro cuore... ;)) VACANZA 08/2014 VOTO 10 e LODE!

ABBIAMO SCOPERTO SPERLONGA E IL SUO MARE

La descrizione offerta dall'inserzione era esatta, come casa, luoghi e posizione. Tutto è stato perfetto. La casa era in ottimo stato e pulita. Abbiamo trovato una casa accessoriata di tutto, come indicato, e ampia per accoglierci in sei ed ipoteticamente anche in sette. La proprietaria è davvero una persona piacevole e molto disponibile; attenta ai suoi ospiti e a cercare d loro consigli per migliorare la sua offerta di vacanza. Consiglio a chiunque voglia trascorrere una vacanza al mare, ad una distanza adeguata dalla spiaggia senza rinunciare al silenzio e alla bellezza dei panorami di scegliere questa meta. Sperlonga è stata per noi una scoperta e così anche il suo mare cristallino! Il nostro cane si è trovato davvero con spazi dentro il giardino e intorno alla proprietà che non immaginavamo così ampi. Pur non essendo persone mondane ci siamo trovati sempre benissimo con le persone del luogo e le strutture ricettive a cominciare dai bagni e dalla loro ristorazione la sera, così come in ristoranti della zona sempre a buon prezzo e con disponibilità all'accoglienza dell'ospite. VACANZA 2014 VOTO 10!

A real home from home, with stunning views too!!

We had a wonderfully relaxed stay at this lovely house. On arrival we were very fondly greeted by Luciana and her lovely daughter Eleonora who speaks excellent English and were given a full review of the house to ensure that our stay would be problem free. Make no mistake, this is no ordinary rental property, rather, this is very much a family home and this shows in the well furnished and extremely clean, comfortably appointed nature of the house with many personal touches from Luciana (and Eleonora). It's location is remote and a car is essential. The high position affords fabulous views especially from the bedrooms and the rural area ensures peace and quiet. We breakfasted in outside in the early morning sun and often lunched in the sun too, before a sleepy siesta in the afternoon. The kitchen is relatively new and is very well quipped and enabled us to prepare and cook a great many meals. Sperlonga is about 10 minutes drive and, with the tourist season not yet in full flow (mid-May), we found it to be a wonderfully peaceful place to visit, relaxing strolls along the beach and you can take a coffee or dine out with ease. Not so sure, Sperlonga would be our cup of tea in the busy high season, as the village is small and though the beach is quite long, it is quite narrow, so one can imagine the affect of the thousands who flock here over the summer. But you can easily escape the crowds and enjoy your peace and quiet in this house. Sperlonga is also the nearest place to shop for provisions with a supermarket, good butcher and various stores selling vegetables. One point worth clarifying, the house is not "detached" in the UK meaning of the word. It is semi-detached and shares one party wall connecting it to a matching property next door but no facilities are shared e.g have your own drive, garden etc. The house next door was not occupied for our stay and lent to the peace and quiet. Having stayed at a great many holiday properties over a great many years, this ranks as the best and is strongly recommended.

"A Beautiful Villa"

"We had a lovely family holiday in this beautiful villa. It is everything that the photos suggest and more. Outside in the garden and around the villa there are lots of sunny and shaded areas to sit, all with a different view of the sea and hills. Inside the villa is very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and barbeque through from the back kitchen door. Imagine waking in the morning and having a view from your bedroom balcony out to the hills in one direction and out to the sea from the balcony on the opposite side of the bedroom. And all of this a just a short drive away from the beautiful old town of Sperlonga and lots of sandy beaches. Definitely the best holiday villa we have stayed in."
