“We had a lovely stay here. Mario was so accommodating, friendly and helpful. He gave us many recommendations and lots of information about the island. The breakfast buffet had many tasty options and we thoroughly enjoyed a delicious dinner at the on premises restaurant, located under a beautiful lemon grove. The property is walkable to the marina. “Excellent hotel located in a beautiful zone of Naples. Great transportation option with subway 3 blocks from the hotel. General maintenance of hotel is good. We found two issues, the sink was not draining properly and the TV remote was missing batteries. Those issues were corrected immediately by the hotel staff. It neeeds better logistics for breakfast where cutlery is difficult to find, there is only one salt recipient or sometimes a door to access breakfast is closed and difficult to open if……

“The hotel experience was amazing - the staff who works there is extremely attentive and wonderful! They are eager to give you recommendations for places to eat and visit, and assist you with anything you need.
The breakfast was wholesome and the rooms are clean with smart TV and really good AC, not to mention very comfortable beds. The only inconvenience we experienced was the mini fridge did not work.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!”
