"Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Tree House. It was the perfect combination of rustic and quaint with all the upgraded amenities you need like hot water, proper plumbing, awesome kitchen appliances and scenery you’ll not soon forget! You are nestled in the trees, literally, overlooking the water with multiple levels of decks to enjoy. The swimming pool provided hours of fun, and the outdoor table was the perfect way to enjoy dinner outdoors. The home is spacious, with 7 of us...

"The host was excellent: very nice, very responsive, very helpful! He alone made it worth it.The inside was very nice, clean, well-stocked, and spacious. The outside was nice and has so much potential. But it could honestly use some upkeep. For example, the hot tub needs to be cleaned and the handrails for the stairs leading down to the dock were unsteady. Also, there were no kayaks down at the dock (not sure if that was promised, but would be nice to have). But it's still a lovely property with...

Top Spicewood Hotel Reviews

Hampton Inn by Hilton Austin East Side 5th Street

10/10 Excellent

"Second stay. Very convenient. Love the parking"

Wyndham Garden Hotel Austin

8/10 Good

"Night stand drawer need to be fixed. Won’t shut and falls out and is dangerous. Seems like was installed at a downward angle. Dated hotel-scuff marks in floor and cheap laminate dresser need to be fixed or replaced-edges are coming off-again hazard. Bathtub drain needs to be unclogged-water was retaining when shower was in use. Room was clean. I always wipe down tables and sanitize room and not much dirt/dust. Great security of being buzzed in. Great that there was on site restaurant. Also water and microwave available to use in lobby. Didn’t use the gym or eat at restaurant this time. Reasonable with pricing. Close to many attractions and restaurants."

Placemakr Austin Downtown, Apartments by Hilton

10/10 Excellent

"This is a great place to stay and conveniently located. The staff are helpful and very friendly. I love how it was right by the river walk. I could go for a run every morning. It is a newer property. The room was clean and comfortable. It was nice to have a small kitchen and sitting area. For the price, I feel parking should be included and not extra."
