「Beautiful hotel set in bucolic hill top location with spectacular views. The staff were welcoming , friendly and efficient. You can judge hotel service by the speed issues are addressed. We had a few minor issues : a safe without a key, a leak from the air conditioning unit , dud batteries in the telly remote and needed an extra pillow . 「Beautiful property, rooms were spacious and well appointed. Staff were wonderful and helpful, Paolo welcomed us and provided many helpful recommendations on restaurants and sites nearby. Breakfast was delicious, pasteries and bread freshly baked and staff very welcoming. Loved our stay.」

「Creo que estuvo bien la estancia, llegamos tarde y no hubo contacto con nosotros para darnos indicaciones, de casualidad nos entregaron las llaves con otras personas」

「For our first visit to Italy, this hotel, Perugia and all at Locanda Stella truly were the kindest most caring people. This place exceeds all expectations!! We will...

「Best place on my trip by a long shot」

「All was excellent, was suprised that had to pay additional fee for chairs and umbrella on beach!」

「Room was much smaller than expected as they include a 100 sq plus outdoor patio in the room size measurement」

「I wish I could give six stars rating.」

「generalmente tutto buono, camera pulita, personale accogliente , buon ristorante」

「It's a large hotel, with nice but standard rooms, full bath. It's fully committed to its chocolate theme, which makes it a little kitschy, but has an amazingly large breakfast with both sweet and savory items. It's located outside the center, so a bit of walk uphill to the center, or you could take public transport (bus or Mini-metro). The hotel has free, easy and ample parking, so it could be a great base for exploring nearby towns.」
