Zrnovnica Villa- misrepresentation
I never leave reviews, i just don't have the time but on this occasion I will make an exception. Firstly, I would say if you were attracted to the villa based on the photos of the beautiful surroundings you will be very disappointed, there are no trees in the valley and no longer any trees on the property as they all burned down in 2017. The owner is still using photos that are two years out of date. The grounds have a few bushes etc but little effort has been made to maintain the gardens to an acceptable standard. A lot of the garden areas we could not use as there is a lack of shade and umbrellas. The property has one air-conditioning unit in the main room but it barely copes with keeping the one room at a cool temperature. One bedroom has a ceiling fan but it is very noisy, so you have a dilemma-cook or put up with the noise. The bedroom has few facilities and nowhere to hang any clothes. The other bedroom has no fan at all. The kitchen is poorly equipped, with no toaster or kettle (although there is a coffee machine) There is a lack of plates, bowls, only four knives and three teaspoons, meaning you have to put the dishwasher on twice a day or wash up individual items. It would be useful if instruction manuals were available for things like the TV, but there was only one for the washing machine. In conclusion, the owner could make it into a good villa but has not put the effort in which is a pity.
