I stayed here for a few nights as a last minute booking after needing to leave my previous accomodation. Flexible check in, which was nice--just get the key out of the lockbox and let yourself in. Room was clean and had everything one would need. There is a kitchen and a washing machine with a place to line dry clothes outside, which is great since there are very few laundromats near the old town of Split. However, there are a few things that should be improved: 1.) The front blinds are broken and don't go down all the way. Considering this is a first floor apartment that is right on the street, there was little privacy while using the kitchen space since the blinds wouldn't fully close. This should be fixed ASAP. 2.) There are three doors that you must get through to access the room, with three different keys. None of these keys are labelled, meaning it is hard to remember which key is for which door. This is especially annoying when arriving with all your luggage at check in and having to fumble around to see which key works with which door. Even if the keys cannot be labelled, it should be shared in the information text message which key is for which door to eliminate confusion. 3.) The TV was unplugged when I arrived, along with the tv box. I just think it's not so nice when you arrive to accomodation and have to plug in the TV, so I think this should be plugged in before the guests arrive. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay

This property was great, their was two rooms in the building with a shared kitchenette, there was some basic utensils in the kitchen and a washing machine which was a huge bonus. The room I stayed in is large and spacious, the host provided clear instructions on how to enter the room etc. I recommend this property to anyone staying in Split that doesn't want to be in the centre of the hustle and bustle but in walking proximity to everything.

Friendly and welcoming

Emily is a welcoming host. Very helpful to give info about the city and short cut back to the old city. A Tommy supermarket is 50 meter away to stock up water and other supply you need for breakfast etc. Hot water and WiFi is good. The room I had has a kitchenette outside my room that I can make tea or coffee.
