Our place is situated in the very center of Split. Restaurants, bars, shops, old fish market and markets are just a few steps away. The apartment is located in the penthouse of historical building and has its own elevator approach.
It offers you a fully-equipped comfortable accommodation. Two nice bedrooms bathed in sunlight, two cosy private bathrooms and two terraces above the ancient picturesque roofs. It seems that number two weaves a story of our place. And you can be the number one among all these deuces. Split is second largest croatian city, but the most beautifull one.
Come and enjoy the dance of the birds among the mediterranean roofs, breathe the smells of the sea in private and cosy enviroment. This is made for you to feel the vibrance of old Split, to enjoy unique and authentic experience of living in Split. We highly value your privacy and so we have arranged space where you are sheltered from curious eyes.
We are located right next to Diocletian's Palace, famous Roman emperor palace which is under UNESCO protection, in the historic center of Split.
The apartment consists of a spacious living room with a beautiful and comfortable terrace overlooking the turret of Saint Duje church, nearby stone houses, famous Split sights, hotels and restaurants.
On the terrace, you can use the grill / barbecue. It also has a separate balcony overlooking the very core of the city and the famous Marmont Street with the finest sounds of street music and the scent of people you can enjoy in while drinking first morning coffee.
Furthermore, there are two comfortable bedrooms, fully equipped with two bathrooms and a functional, spacious kitchen equipped with refrigerator, oven, coffee machine, dishes, cooker, etc.
Apartment is air-conditioned, Wi-Fi is available for your use and it is free of charge.
An excellent position of property offers many nearby sights. The popular Split sandy beach, Bacvice, is about 1.2 km from the property. Split Airport is 21 km away.

Absolutely amazing apartment, perfectly located in the centre and within walking distance of some beautiful sights and restaurants.Ana was extremely helpful from start to finish, arranged all our transfers and made some great recommendations.We've had an amazing time in Split and would highly recommend the apartment to anyone considering visiting.

We loved our stay here!! The host was awesome! She gave us lots of tips on where to go and where to eat. She left maps in the house for us to use. She also left many treats!! She went above and beyond as the host. We loved it here!!!

Great Location!
This apartment has a great location. It had everything we needed. I would absolutely recommend this place. Very close to markets, shopping and great restaurants.We did have spotty WiFi but to be fair, we had bad weather during our trip. Rain on and off and high winds. There is a smart tv so you’re able to stream in your home language.

The apartment was an absolute gem of a find. Beautifully renovated and extremely well stocked we were all delighted and charmed with this exceptional property. The air conditioning was first class in all rooms and was very much welcome as we were there during a heatwave. The roof terrace was wonderful and well set up and was a haven of quiet given its situation in the centre. Ana our host was really helpful and readily accessible. There were supplies and goodies and countless thoughtful provisions left for us. Linen and towels were lovely and fresh and clean. The apartment is in the centre of everything and couldn’t be easier for restaurants, bars or just people watching on the Riva. Would recommend this with no hesitation. Thank you Ana we had a lovely time in your apartment.

Magical stay in a Magic apartment!
Excellent apartment in a perfect location in central Split. Our host Ana was super friendly, very helpful and made our week stay simply wonderful, nothing was too much trouble! The roof patio outdoor space was a big bonus, we spent most evenings enjoying drinks there as we watched the lights twinkle around the rooftops of the old city. Magic!

Excellent Central Apartment
Beautifully apt with a fantastic location. The terraces were a perfect setting to enjoy a breakfast coffee as well as G&T before the night out. Great atmospheric, historic allyways to lead you to all the doorstep eateries, bars and promenade. Definitely look to stay here again

Perfect!!
This is by far the best overall experience I have had with VRBO. Ana met us at the apartment and gave us tips and answered our questions. The apartment is clean and comfortable. So close to everything without being on top of the noise. Comfortable beds. Nice terrace.

Fabulous apartment in the Old City
The apartment is in an excellent position so you can easily explore Split. It is very comfortable and well furnished. The veranda is a real bonus as a place to relax and look over the city. Ana was a very helpful host with lots of recommendations

Everything about this place is perfect. Perfect location, perfect communication with host, perfectly decorated and equipped. The large terrace outside is wonderful for morning coffee and and evening drink. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Old Town Gem
The location is the best feature, right in the heart of Old Town! Right out your door are wonderful restaurants, shops, bars and historical buildings. Getting your luggage to the apartment was however challenging since Old Town is car-free. Plan to walk about four "blocks" from the taxi stand at the south end of the Riva--twice that from the bus station. But very much worth it and one more reason to pack light. The large rooftop veranda was a treat for eating al fresco and enjoying the moonrise in the evening. Beds were very comfortable, two bathrooms a plus, and everything is very clean and organized. Would highly recommend.

Ana’s apartment must surely be the best apartment in split. It has the most fabulous terrace.
Ana, was a delight, and the apartment in my opinion was perfection. If I could buy it I would!! If you ever get there, be sure to water the pot plants!!! , and ‘dead head’ the flowers!

Skøn lejlighed en smuk by
Vi havde en fantastisk uge i Split byen og området er fantastisk. Vi kom i høj sæsonen og der var rigtig mange mennesker, derfor var det særligt godt, at haven skøn lejlighed med fantastiske altaner til rådighed, i fred og ro. Vi fik supergod hjælp og service fra udlejer Ana - tak for det.
