Featuring a terrace, "Vanessa" offers accommodation in Split, 3.5 km from Diocletian's Palace and 1.8 km from Mall of Split. The accommodation is only 800 meters from popular Beach "Znjan " .

The air-conditioned apartment is composed of 2 separate bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave oven,toaster ,tea maker... and 1 bathroom with bath and shower and a laundry machine.
A flat-screen TV is provided and WiFi internet is free and has great signal through the entire apartment .

We are a small young family who run this apartment that you can feel like in your own home while you are away from your real home !!! And we adore animals so if you have arrived with your pet, we allow your pet to stay here with you. In return, we expect your complete care of the animal in the spirit of a good owner.

The town of Mertojak (the name originates from a herb plant that grew in this area) is located between the sea in the south and Poljička street in the north, and from the Žnjanska street to the east to Žnjana in the west. By the end of the 70s year of the 20th century, in the area of ​​today's quarters, there were greenhouses with flowers, and earlier vineyards were planted by the Split farmers.
Mertojak is one of the newer quarters in the city and mostly consists of modern and multi-storey buildings. Now it is one of safer parts of the city with emergency non-stop duty ambulance and big city hospital " Križine" .
Mertojak s neighborhood is full of green areas,parks for children but also you have park for dogs where you can play with your best friend free and undisturbedly .
Mertojak is popular for young people who like to have fun but also for elderly people who just wants to walk in the park or to the sea in the peace and beauty of this part of town..,but especially for families with children because of the variety of content for children and teenagers.
