Enjoy the sunny and quiet 60 sqm apartment with 2 separate bedrooms, large kitchen-living room, reading room and bathroom in a central location.
The apartment offers you an unobstructed view of the surrounding Varoš area at the 4th. floor (no elevator).
Among other things, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, dishwasher, kettle and microwave, etc.

Cafes, restaurants, the best bakery in Split, grocery stores, shopping mile and the popular fish market are in the immediate vicinity.
You are with this apartment a footstep away from the historic old town with its Roman foundations or the large vegetable market with its fresh Mediterranean offerings.
You can also reach the harbor in just a few minutes walk, ideal to take a day trip to the nearby islands.
To the nearest beach you can either walk along the Riviera (about 2.5 km) or take the bus and will be convinced of the recognized high water quality of Croatian beaches (once again).

Split apartment

Theodora was very gracious and was at the property to meet us. The apartment is a good size with a big kitchen. It is important to know this apartment is on the 5th floor (American 5th floor) and only has stairs to the apartment. The location was great too!

This property was equipped with everything. The Washing machine was an added bonus and having a fridge made meals more economical. The host greeted us and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend this apartment. Has enough space for a family.
