Great location and value.
This was in a great location just out of the buzz of Split but only a few minutes walk. We were met as agreed and host walked us to the location as cars weren’t allowed. The room was quite small but it didn’t really matter as we were out most of the time. Split was a lovely town, very vibrant with great memories for us.

空港からはタクシー手配を事前にホテル側に頼んでおきました。ホテルは路地の中の奥の方なので車は近くまでしか行けませんので近くの道路で降ろされます。正直、ホテルの場所は分かりにくいです。とはいえ、Google mapの経路検索で無事に辿り着きました。住所や地図で見つける自信のない方はWi-fiは必須かと思います。細い路地の中に入っていった所にドアがあります。23時頃着のフライトだったためチェックインはセルフでした。鍵の取り出し方法はメールで連絡があったので問題なく中に入れました。本当にアパートの一室といった感じで綺麗だし可愛らしいお部屋です。ただ、お風呂場には小さい虫が何匹かいるので用心です。。。コーヒーメーカーやケトルもあり、設備も良いのですが、水道水でお湯を沸かすと硬水のせいで銀のような味がして不味いです。コーヒーを作るときの水は買った水で作る方がいいです。港や旧市街地（ディオクレティアヌス宮殿）は近いので徒歩で行き来できます。

The best choice in Split!
I completely recommend Serenety Split Apartments.The location is perfect, 5 minutes walking from the Palace, the Old city, the bus station and the port. It's close to the main atractions. The apartment was very comfortable, spacious, clean, well decorated and full equipment. Mirjana and Margot were very kind and warm. 3 night Serenity stay
We stayed for 3 nights and were very pleased with the apartment and the service. We were met at the apartment with a very helpful check-in. The apartment is located close to all the key sites. The room was very clean and all the equipment needed for an enjoyable stay.

Quick review Serenity Split Apartments
The apartment was perfectly situated just a quick walk from the Split Old Town. The building and room were recently renovated and really ideal for our needs. The arranged airport transfer and check-in to the apartment went very smoothly. The staff were extremely helpful, and answered calls and emails immediately. Would highly recommend for those looking for simple and price worthy accommodation!

Un peu cher, 3 ou 3.5 étoiles plutôt que 4
Petit studio à 10 mins à pied au centre ville. Au moment de la réservation, c'est indiqué que 2 + 1 personne sur le site. La propriétaire m'a contacté le lendemain car il n'y a pas de lit d'appoint ou lit bébé. Comme on a déjà payé, pas de choix, on a gardé la chambre mais mon enfant devrait dormir entre nous pendant 2 lits, pas très confortable finalement. Sinon, l'appartement est propre avec une cuisine équipée, climatisé. Pas contre, l'appartement est situé hors du centre, donc pas de restaurant dans le coin. C'est pas mal en général, mais on ne peut pas classé comme un 4 étoiles de chambre hôte. Le prix est également un peu élevé (90€) sans petit déjeuner, ce sera plus juste dans les 70-80€ même si c'est en été.

Merci pour votre avis. Nous avons clairement indiqué sur toutes les pages de réservation que même si les enfants sont les bienvenus, il n'y a pas de lit ou de lit supplémentaire dans les chambres. Les appartements sont à seulement 5 minutes à pied du centre-ville où vous trouverez de nombreux restaurants, cafés, fast food, etc. Meilleures salutations

사진 그대로 예쁘고 깔끔한 방이었어요 구글에 별로 깔끔해보이지 않는 사진들도 올라와 있어서 걱정했었는데 리모델링 전의 사진이었던 것 같습니다 리모델링 후는 최근 사진처럼 깔끔합니다 다만 숙소까지 가는 길이 오르막길을 5~10분정도 올라가야하고 20개 정도 되는 계단이 있어서 더운 여름에 땀을 많이 흘렸고 입구를 찾기가 좀 어려워요 그래도 방이 깔끔하고 에어컨도 잘 되어서 괜찮았습니다 스플리트 주요 관광지에서도 가까워서 걸어서 5분 정도면 관광지에 갈수 있습니다

Appartement très bien situé
Petit appartement très bien situé, 5 à 10 minutes de marche du Palais Dioclétin. Petites épiceries toutes proches. 15 minutes de marche pour aller à la plage. La jeune fille qui s'occupe de l'appartement est très à l'écoute de nos besoins et est très agréable. Un téléphone cellulaire est fourni pour communiquer avec elle et pour faire des appels locaux. Du côté des choses à améliorer: 1) l'appartement est difficile à trouver lorsqu'on arrive. Un meilleure carte serait nécessaire. 2) le wi-fi est à toute fin non-disponible dans l'appartement 1. Il était nécessaire de monter l'escalier près de la porte de l'appartement 2 pour avoir un peu d'internet. Je recommande tout de même le Senerity Split sauf l'appartement 1 si le wi-fi est important pour vous.

Very nice location. 10 minute walk from bus station, 5 min walk to Diocletian palace. Very clean and modern. Mirjana is on top of it as the host and is very responsive. Only feedback I would give would be great if the apartment was stocked with shampoo and conditioner in addition to bodywash. Otherwise no complaints. 100% recommend

A lovely studio flat
The host has kindly booked a taxi for us from the airport (35 euros), met us in the main street and walked us to the property. We stayed in the smallest of the three apartments on the ground floor, a gorgeous, newly refurbished studio flat, with white linens and pale blue walls. There are plenty of bright lights and a gorgeous bathroom. The host showed us around and left a basic mobile phone for us to contact her if we had questions or to make local calls while in Croatia - a very nice touch! Check out was really easy, all we ned to do was lock up and pop the keys into the post-box outside. Points to note: - there is only a very small cupboard for your clothes. It was enough for us for a four day stay - the sliding bathroom door is a little difficult to open/close, especially if you have long nails, and would benefit from a grab handle on either side - we found the apartment a little damp and our swimsuits and towels did not dry overnight - the sink is a half-size of a regular sink which makes washing larger items, like pots and pans, a bit tricky and messy - house cleaning came on the third day to tidy up, change the bed and the towels - there is a lockable safe in the flat

Beautiful apartment in a great location! Personal check in was very nice. Only issue we had was the WiFi stopped working about 5 days into our trip. Tried texting the owner about it and never got a response. There are places nearby with WiFi so we managed.

Inte helt lätt att hitta till stället men till slut kom vi fram! Trevlig kvinna som visade rummet och gav många tips vad man kunde göra i Split. Vi bodde på första våningen och vår dörr låg en halvmeter från ytterdörren där även de andra gästerna gick in. Ljudisoleringen däremellan var under all kritik och vi vaknade flera gånger av högljudda gäster som kom och gick under nätterna. Det lät som om de var inne i vårt rum, så dålig var isoleringen. Vi hade även vattenberedaren till hela huset i vårt rum som lät och kylen var högljudd och fick hela pentryt att vibrera så vi fick lägga handdukar mellan skåpdörrarna för att bli av med vibrationen. Fint rum i övrigt med bra läge men är man ljudkänslig hade jag rekommenderat ett annat boende.

Apartment near city center
Me and my friend booked this place just a week ago, for a couple nights stay, it was local to everything In the town, and was situated in a really nice place, really made us feel like we were part of the city. It was clean and everything was to our standards, safe to say if we do return to Croatia we would stay here again! We recommend it!

Below expectations
Very close to the bus station and the palace. A very friendly and nice host to help with our check in and check out. A local cell phone is also provided so that you can stay connected (in case of emergency I mean because you don’t really need to make a call quite often as a tourist). But the Wi-Fi reception is quite unstable and generally weak. The neighborhood is quite dirty. There is no ventilation in the bathroom as well so the room is kept wet and slippery all day long. Unless you want to open the window but living at the ground floor makes us want to close all windows to guarantee the security. Blanket cover and the sofa are found rather dirty too.

Thank you so much for your review. We wish you shared your concerns with us as we did spend quite a bit of time together both during the personal check in as well as before your check out. We would have explained to you that Split is very safe and that you are meant to ventilate the bathroom by keeping the window open a bit (it has rails so it is very safe). We would have also explained that the neighbourhood is not dirty but medieval, hundreds of years old and we like to keep it looking authentic so we do not build new, shiny housing. Bon Voyage!

We would love to go back!
The apartment was amazing and we had the best time! It was located very close to the palace and within walking distance of the bus station and ferry’s for day trips. Service was amazing and responses were quick to any problems. The only issues we had was the hot water not working, which was fixed quickly as soon as we notified the manager, and another traveller stomping around the apartment upstairs in high heels at 6am our first night! Highly recommend. Great value for money and a beautiful place to stay!

Hostess, nice old lady speak fluent english. Apartment hard to find, many narrow streets, no "Bubalova" street sign at all. Need to ask local people. Apartment was nice, many varietes to put bright to low lights to the room. No owen or microwave owen, cooking possible only heating plate.

좁지만 짧은기간 머물기에 나쁘지 않았어요. 터미널에서 10분정도 걸렸고 터미널 근처에 마트도 있어요. 다만 화장실이 조금 좁고, 문이 미닫이인데 꽉 닫히는 문이 아니라 좀 불편했어요.

長距離バスターミナルと旧市街の間位にあって、動き回るには便利でした。場所がちょっとわかりにくく、チェックイン時に雨が降っていたこともあって、少し困りました。（電話すればたぶん問題なかったのでしょうが、持って行かなかったので）お部屋はとても綺麗でしたが、エアコンが壊れて暖房が入らず寒かったです。あとから電気ヒーターを持ってきてくれたので良かったですが。オーナーさんは別の場所にいるので、（私が携帯を持参していないことを知り）連絡用の携帯を置いて行ってくださったので、（エアコンがつかないときも）連絡がとれて良かったです。お部屋にコーヒーマシンがあって、嬉しかった。

大雨の中夜9時の到着でした。何も食べてなかったのですが、近くのお店まで車で連れていってくれました。備え付けのワイングラスを割ってしまったのですが、気にしなくていいよと。とても暖かい場所でした。また利用したいです。

Uma boa opção em Split!
Logo após a reserva, recebí um sobre os pontos turísticos e de como chegar. O imóvel fica cerca de 20 min de caminhada da est de ônibus e mesmo seguindo as indicações e perguntando algumas vezes, tive dificuldades para encontrar. Há uma ladeira e cerca de 30 degraus subindo pelo trajeto mais curto, mas com malas tive q escolher o mais longo, sem escadas. Graças à um morador fui levada ao local, onde encontrei o rapaz para o check in. O pequeno prédio tem 3 andares e 3 apt, e fiquei no último. O rapaz gentilmente subiu os 28 degraus com a minha mala. Os outros 2 apart estavam vazios e eram menores, conforme informação. Imóvel com decoração de bom gosto, espaçoso, com vista para outros telhados, cortinas, cozinha com fogão a gás de 2 bocas, pia de inox, chaleira, cafeteira, frigobar, vários pratos, panelas, talheres e toalha de papel. Cofre. Secador. Armário. Tv com vários canais em ingles. Mesa com 2 cadeiras e sofá de 2 lugares, além de grande cama de casal e luminárias. Banheiro espaçoso, com amenidades. Roupa de cama e banho de boa qualidade. Bom wifi. Há um celular à disposição para ligações locais. Na área tem 3 mercados à 10 min de caminhada e algumas lojas, e o centro com as atrações turísticas fica à 20 min do apartamento. Na saída, já previamente combinado, o rapaz desceu a minha mala. O check out é às 10h, mas pude ficar até às 12h. Voltaria a me hospedar no local, mas com bagagem menor. Obrigada á todos do Serenity!

Thank you so much for staying with us. We loved hosting you. Let me assure you that Radunica (area of city center we are in) is 100% safe. It is a lovely old neighbourhood where locals still live. It is very charming indeed.

Could have done better with cleanliness
Location was very central to all attractions. Parking was a hassle but there was an open air parking lot nearby. The only issue was the sheets were stained & the toilet had a fuel smell. We had to give it a rinse down before using. They could have been better.

Perfect!
This apartment is gorgeous, spacious enough for two. In a quiet location off the main road, which was brilliant. Only a 4 minute walk to the Diocletians Palace and the marina. The young gentleman that met us at the bus station was friendly and attended to one of our bags all the way to the apartment, in saying that, if we had to get there on our own it was not hard to find. Straight up the main street and take the first tunnel with stairs, top of stairs turn right and take the 2nd Lane way and follow it around and it’s on the right just before the end of the lane. For the price, you cannot fault it. It had everything you need, I honestly felt like I had stepped into a magazine picture we stayed in unit 3 top of the stairs. As these are apartments and not hotels they don’t necessarily need to supply you with all your toiletries there was soap in the bathroom for your hands and a bottle in the shower recess whether it be body wash shampoo it does the job if people are unhappy with that maybe you should book into a hotel toiletries !!!

Close to old town, that's it
10 min. to old town. Near market. Location is good. That is all. I couldn't access by car and there wasn't parking lot around apartment. Room looks like clean when I checked in, but sofa was not clean and there's some dirt and hairs on the bed.

Being in the middle of the city centre means that you can get to anywhere in 5 minutes. Parking is easily available if you use the public parking garage which is only 200 meters from the apartments.
