"The location is very close to Riva Waterfront. I loved this hotel, although I came here in winter time, the hotel still offered me the five-star accommodation and service to me. "Buffet breakfast wasn’t good. Neither was food and service in port 74 restaurant. Room service skipped giving us everything that was supposed to be included in the dish then tried to charge us when asked for it and they got it separately. Room phone didn’t work properly and they didn’t change it ..."
