This house was a great find. We needed a place on short notice and I was very happy that this place was available. The owner was easy to communicate with and the check in process was super easy. The house had all of the amenities I would have expected and was clean. If you are looking for a place to stay in Spokane, this is a great option!

We chose this location for a weekend getaway for an event we attended. It was absolutely perfect for us. 2 families, totalling 9 people and 2 pets, and we fit like a charm. The layout of the house worked well for us, adults upstairs, kids downstairs. Kat was very easy and responsive. Very pleasant experience. We were right on what seemed to be a main road but didn’t have trouble getting in or out of the driveway. Only negative, there were 9 of us and only 1 shower, but we made it work. The Shrek bathroom downstairs (without a shower) was adorable but super tiny, however it came in handy when someone was in the shower in the other bathroom. We would definitely stay again. It was furnished nicely, very clean, and the beds were comfy.

Owner was easy and wonderful to work with. House was older but very clean. Downstairs bathroom wasn't what we were expecting and a little disappointing. If you could add some mirrors downstairs that would be nice.
