The room was clean and tidy. We got there at midnight, from our flight. They take check-in until 1:00am. Nice that check-out is 12:00 noon instead of 11:00 most places. No free breakfast here.

Started off horribly! Our room showed not ready but 1 1/2 hr later discovered it was ready but not cleared as ready. Finally checked only to discover our “accessible room” was at the end of a long hallway under construction. NOT very “accessible “! Asked why there were no drinking cups for water in our room and it was pointed out we should use our only 2 cups intended for coffee. WHAT!? No offer of additional cups. The young lady had zero customer service skills! Beds were great and we got a great night’s sleep. Breakfast offering was good and convenient. Placing “accessible” rooms at the end of hallways is not very “accessible” for people with mobility issues!

Stay and Fly this is the only accommodation g property to let us stay and fly over 2 weeks. We always stay here they are wonderful and great breakfast too

Very convenient; room was clean; check-in was efficient. The area was a bit snowy and the common area floors were wet and unattended. We had upstairs neighbors who made noise early in the morning (4:00 - 5:00a.m) because of early departures to the airport.

Friendly service, rooms could be better
Friendly service and a pretty nice facility overall. Our room was a bit dark and the shower could have been better (low pressure, the tub diverter wasn't working fully) but it looks like they're doing renovations so these things will probably improve. Appreciated the complimentary EV charging.

The only problem was we got a handicap room and didn't request one but wasn't a big problem except the handicapped shower I'm a little tall for it!

A nice hotel that is convenient to many areas of the west Spokane Valley. The lobby was very modern with a bar and restaurant. Was surprised to find that the rooms, while very clean, were not as modern as the lobby area.

Hard, hard uncomfortable bed
Hotel was nice, but bed was horribly hard. Woke up every hour because it was so uncomfortable. PTAC unit was really noisy when it came on. Ran fan, but only partially helped.
