Modern design and decor really brings this place to life. 2 bedroom 1 bath with fully stocked kitchen and laundry room. 2nd floor unit with balcony. WiFi and video steaming available on both of the 65" and 55" smart TVs. Highchair and playpen provided for those traveling with little ones.

The Space:
Kick back and relax in this beautiful, newly constructed, two bedroom, one bathroom apartment. Tucked in a quiet neighborhood of the Spokane Valley you will find all the amenities of home waiting for you here. With a fully stocked kitchen we have made cooking and eating in a delight. Centrally nestled between downtown Spokane and Coeur D'Alene Idaho there are endless opportunities for outdoor recreation, dining out, site seeing, and enjoying our beautiful gem of a city. Don't feel like going out? Enjoy a night in with our 65" living room TV and the warm ambiance of the electric fireplace. Guest Access:
Free parking is available at the complex but is first come, first serve. Additional parking is available on the street in front of the complex.

Other Things to Note:
We provide starter sets of basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc. It will be the guest's responsibility to replace if any of these items run out during your stay. Generally there is plenty and this usually only impacts long term rentals.

Great communication with the host, had everything that we needed, well stocked kitchen as far as utensils and ancillary items go. Never had a problem finding parking and it was nice and close to a couple of parks and trails.

In Spokane with another dad for our daughter's volleyball weekend tournament. The apartment was clean, relaxing and quiet. Location was fine as it allowed access to downtown in 15 min or so and access to some fishing lakes for me in the early mornings. Worked out great!

Everything you need and very, very clean!

This is a spotlessly clean and quiet apartment in an area that is conveniently located between Spokane and Coeur d’Alene. The property is in an older building, but the interior has been completely redone and is thoughtfully decorated and well equipped (beautiful dishes!) – a cut above what is usually found in vacation rentals. Communication with the hosts was excellent. The only thing that might be a negative for some is that it’s a second-floor walk-up apartment, so this is not a good option for people who have trouble with stairs. I would definitely stay here again.

Very Nice Place to Stay!

We don't always know if the rental will match our expectations but this one did! It is very clean and new looking. Plus, it has all of the amenities of home. Washer and dryer, nice TV, fast internet, nice bedrooms and nice bathroom, kitchen, living room / dining room, etc. All of it in excellent condition. Sort of a home away from home! It was also very nice to have a unit to rent that is separate from the owners home. The owners were excellent to work with and made sure that everything went smoothly for us from check in to check out. They checked with us on a regular basis to make sure everything was okay. We'd highly recommend staying there! Couldn't have asked for a better experience with a rental unit!

It was wonderful. The decorating was very cute and made it feel very comfortable. Jerry and Natasha were more than communicative. Responding with answers to our questions in a mater of minutes, and then a follow up call. Half way through they checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything. Past my expectations!!!!
