Our team should have communicated this more clearly and professionally, and we apologize if this was not your experience.We deeply regret the issues you encountered with the room itself, including the water leakage and the condition of the bathroom. This is certainly not the standard of service and quality that we strive to provide to our guests. At the time of the incident, we were fully booked and, unfortunately, did not have another room available to move you to immediately.
