Our Airbnb condo is a modern, stylish retreat located in the heart of Spokane Valley. The ground-level unit features 1 king bed and 1.5 baths, making it perfect for couples or solo travelers. The fully furnished kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook meals, while the garage provides convenient and secure parking. Come stay in our comfortable and convenient condo and experience the best of Spokane & Spokane Valley!

Entire Condo & Parking in the Single Car Garage.

Getting Around:
- Within minutes to many several food options and businesses.
- 8 minutes to I-90.
- 11 minutes to Spokane Valley Mall

Great little space for two people with a toddler. We stayed for a week. Working vacation. The full kitchen was great. Washer and dryer super bonus. Loved the layout of the apartment. Access to a yard if wanted (it was cold when we stayed, so no playing outside). Didn't love the smoke smell seeping through the bathroom. Thankfully it went away and was only there for 1 day. Would for sure stay here again. Parking was not amazing but there is a garage option, if your vehicle fits. Nissan Titan Pickups do not fit. Haha! Great place! Great hosts! Helpful and responsive! Great price! And easy to work with! Close to most things. THANK YOU!

Extremely disappointed with poor communication.
We ended up not being able to travel due to exposure to Covid. The property manager acted as if he were willing to transfer our dates and then ignored my emails attempting to work things out. We were charged full price for a vacation we never had. We have stayed there twice before without any problems. Will not be staying there again.

The unit was very disappointing.
After arriving at the property we were disappointed and did not stay there. The interior did not live up to the photos, there was a lingering odor of old cigarettes and we did not feel safe in the neighborhood both parking our car on the street and walking to the unit after dark. As a result we had to find a hotel, so our stay in Spokane Valley was very expensive having to pay for both a hotel and apartment. We communicated the situation to the manager of the unit and received no response.

This worked very well for us. We were traveling with two adult children. Plenty of room and sleeping accommodations for all 4 of us. It was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the amenities. Having a garage was great.

Stale smoke stay
While it is indeed nicely renovated, the unit smelled to high heaven of stale smoke. Absolutely awful. Listing advertises this as a non-smoking unit. Contacted host via email to report and response was “your feedback is duly noted”. Additionally, checkin instructions were not accurate.

Good value centrally located
Everything was great with the condo. Jeff was responsive and checked in to make sure our stay was going well. As others have said the neighborhood is a bit rough. Having the garage made all the difference. Once the car was tucked in and we were in the condo it was a very quiet night. Although a bit sketchy, the location was central for our needs and close to restaurants and stores. The condo was very clean with the exception of the bath tub floor. It had a greasy film that was easy enough to scrub off, so not really a hassle. All in all we were very happy with our stay.
