Very Nice breakfast, comfy bed, helpful staffs
Very comfy bed, good quality free breakfast. In-expensive and good quality dinner. Staffs are very helpful. Lots of restaurants and all kinds of shops are within walking distance. One of the entrance of the tunnels bringing tourists visiting all the historic spots is just opposit the hotel which is very convenient for people who is staying in this hotel. We're sure that will stay in this hotel again if we would come to Spoleto in future.

We had an excellent stay in August 2023! We loved our very comfortable room, the beautiful breakfast (and the wonderful waitresses), having dinner at the restaurant (great food!) and the location! We would highly recommend Hotel Dei Duchi and stay there again!!

Molto bene
Struttura un po' datata ma pulitissima, in ordine, posizione invidiabile e parcheggio annesso su prenotazione (Comodissima l'opzione dei tapis roulants meccanizzati da vicino parcheggio convenzionato). Camere spaziose e letto enorme. Colazione migliorabile secondo me, uova strapazzate non possono mancare in un 4 stelle, cosi' come qualche campana in piu' sul buffet sarebbe gradita. Comunque assolutamente all'altezza .

The hotel was very convenient to everything and the carpark was very easy to navigate to which is often hard in any historical area. We had a junior suite which was lovely with a balcony and view. The one issue was the room wasn't very soundproof as could hear people walking around above us. Breakfast was basic but ok.

Ottimo hotel in prossimità del centro storico di Spoleto. Parcheggio interno poco capiente o esterno convenzionato a 5 euro per giorno. Camera ampia e pulita. Colazione varia e abbondante. Hotel da considerare se siete in zona.

Esperienza non bellissima, sono dovuto andare a parcheggiare fuori dal centro storico e poi tornare a piedi. Lavori in corso in albergo e ascensore fuori uso. La ricevuta che mi serve per il rimborso aziendale non mi è stata data per intero importo anche per scorrettezza vostra perché se pago 94 non posso avere la ricevuta dall hotel di 82. Servizio Hotels.com non serio molto meglio Booking

Bellissimo hotel all'interno del paese situato in una posizione strategica che ti permette di visitare la città di Spoleto. L'hotel è all'entrata della zona ZTL non attiva nel periodo in cui ci siamo stati L'hotel avendo pochi parcheggi, si devono richiedere al momento della prenotazione Abbiamo consumato la cena al ristorante gustandoci l'ottima cucina dello Chef. Ottima la colazione dove non mancava nulla dal dolce al salato, frutta e molta varietà di bevande Ottimo il servizio e camere pulite. Che dire sicuramente da consigliare e dove ritornare.

Struttura non recente ma in posizione strategica per la vicinanza al centro storico e la comodità del parcheggio esterno. Stanza superior ampia, bagno molto comodo ottima pulizia. Condizionatore un po’ rumoroso, letto comodo e colazione nella media. Hotel non di grande atmosfera ma confortevole.

Hotel in posizione comoda per visitare Spoleto
L’hotel è un po’ anonimo e un po’ vecchiotto negli arredi e nel suo insieme credo andrebbe sistemato. La posizione è buona perché praticamente uscendo dall’hotel si entra nel centro di Spoleto. Io ho preso la camera superior che ha dimensioni più che buone con il bagno a sua volta abbastanza grande. La pulizia della camera era buona così anche per il bagno. In camera c’è un frigobar con prodotti a pagamento. L’aria condizionata è troppo rumorosa e per fortuna che alla sera abbiamo potuto lasciare aperto la finestra del terrazzino perché la serata cominciava ad avere un clima accettabile altrimenti sarebbe stato difficile dormire con quel rumore. L’hotel ha un parcheggio privato a pagamento 10 € ma non era disponibile già al momento della prenotazione, come alternativa più che valida offrono un tagliando al costo di 5 € per il parcheggio Matteotti che permette di uscire con l’ascensore proprio sulla strada di fronte all’hotel. La colazione è sufficiente ma anche qui niente di memorabile, la parte salata offre per lo meno prodotti buoni della zona (prosciutto, capocollo, pecorino) mentre la parte dolce solo prodotti industriali di qualità medio bassa. Il rapporto qualità prezzo non è buono perché anche se non ho trovato pecche particolari mi aspettavo qualcosa di meglio sia nell'hotel in generale e soprattutto nella colazione.

Location molto comoda sia al centro storico (10 minuti a piedi) sia alla tangenziale. Camera spaziosa e letto molto confortevole con un materasso eccellente. Notevole anche il ristorante ma con servizio da migliorare sui tempi tra ordinazione e consegna pietanze.

Lovely hotel, beautiful views.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and spacious room. Superb view from the balcony of our room. Excellent relaxation areas both inside the hotel (eg lounge and bar area) and outside in the well-kept grounds (eg. sun lounge area and casual dining area). Beautiful views from the breakfast/dining room. Well located in the 'old town' of Spoleto within a short stroll of many attractions. We wish that our stay could have been longer than three nights.

Convenient location in Rome
This was overall a convenient location in Rome and okay for the price. The owner tried to be very helpful but her English is not very good so we had trouble with communication. The room is basic but clean. Breakfast is only a croissant and coffee but extra can be ordered for a discounted price. The coffee shop where breakfast was served was very friendly however.
