Clean and in expensive

Pleasant stay. If you are traveling on a budget and don’t require a lot of amenities, this is your place. Above all, it’s clean.

Mixed bag

First, this property is situated really well to walk to most of the major attractions and numerous restaurants. That is the good part, getting to it can be tricky. Google maps will send you in a totally wrong direction and on some exceptionally narrow streets. The staff seemed very disorganized and we felt we were put into a surplus room, not one of the regular offerings. We were there only Monday and the restaurant is closed on Mondays, so we never had an opportunity to try it out.

This a pleasant hotel in a fantastic location in Spoleto. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast made for a good start to the day.

Central location. Free parking nearby - hotel provided a card to display as the parking is restricted. Breakfast consist of a single croissant, jam, plain yoghurt and coffee. Rooms are outdated and bathroom is small.

Staff gentile e disponibile. Il punto forte è la struttura, immersa nella città vecchia, e con un panorama meraviglioso. La colazione è scarsa ma per il prezzo puoi goderti comunque un buon caffè/cappuccino, un soggiorno tranquillo e piacevole. Hanno un buon ristorante. Super apprezzata la loro accoglienza per gli animali.

宿泊料が安く、場所もわかりやすく、清潔で、ハード面では、なんの問題もありませんでした。朝食もスタッフの方が一生懸命サービスをして下さるのが、伝わりました。ただ、英語を話すのが、オーナーらしき女主人の方が、朝食後も来ていなくて、check-outそしてその後についてコミュニケーションを取るのが難しかったですが、私の場合は、朝食のときのスタッフの女性が、根気よく対応して下さり、最後は携帯の翻訳アプリを取り出して下さり、こちらは英語で入力して、時間はかかりましたが、こちらの疑問に全て答えていただき、スッキリして観光に行くことができました。

Al check-in tutto ok. Prezzo giusto per i servizi che offre e le condizioni della struttura. Peccato per il personale della reception, in pratica quasi sempre chiusa. Andrebbe cambiato l’orario di apertura della reception riportato sul sito. (8:00-20:00) Dovevamo partire stamattina alle 8:30 e abbiamo atteso fino alle 9:30 per poter effettuare il pagamento e il check-out. Neanche una misera scusa.
