「The pictures don't do the place justice, the location is great and its minutes walk into Borrowash for shops and pubs etc and only a few minutes drive into Derby. The place is quiet and very clean and well maintained, secure and welcoming. 「This is a great way to stay in central Nottingham. It’s a full apartment with kitchen that is very roomy and convenient for a few days stay. You even get milk and breakfast cereals! The only caveat is that there is no elevator and the stairs are steep so avoid if you have mobility issues. Also the street outside can be noisy but this died down at 11-12pm and did not interfere with my sleep.」

「Beautiful clean excellently equipped house in Matlock. Great parking, exceptionally clean. Large and spacious with an amazing kitchen and beautiful bathrooms. Lots of hot water. Great communication. Only downside for us as seniors was the very hilly area. We love to walk but the high location of this lovely home meant we preferred to drive, and therefore park, to visit the town. Beautiful house.
