A great villa in a great area. Just what we were looking for!

The Villa has plenty of space itself in grounds that are both charming and well tendered. We were 2 x families of four and we all had plenty of room to enjoy ourselves both together and when we needed alone time. Highlights? Swimming pool area was superb. BBQ area was well used by us. Local village - charming and very friendly Location - just right to explore the beautiful coast and other towns. Many thanks to the host for letting us stay! We would all recommend the experience to others. Shame to leave.

A great place

We arrived, after a long car trip, to find that a delicious dinner with local dishes had been prepared for us at the Marocce! That was a great welcome. The house is very nice, clean and comfortable and the barbecue dinners outside, under the gazebo, were definitely a plus. Salento is really really beautiful, and the house being in the middle of the region made all the outings just a short drive away. Beautiful Lecce, Gallipoli, Otranto and Santa Maria di Leuca and all the other small towns to be discovered are very close. And so are the beautiful beaches… and the food is great!!! Altogether a wonderful trip, i'd love to go again.

Great house with fantastic pool area

We very much enjoyed our stay in this lovely, clean and well equipped house, with its spacious grounds. The pool area is first class with plenty of sun loungers, shaded seating and dining areas and a barbeque and fridge close by. The information on the website and photos gave a very accurate picture and out host was very helpful and responsive both before arrival and during our visit. The only downside was that we did not find the immediate neighborhood particularly attractive. We did however find the location good for many of the region's attractions which are within an hour's drive (e.g. Lecce, Otranto, Gallipoli). Overall we had a lovely week and would recommend the house.

Our stay in this beautiful house was perfect in every way. The local region of Salento is charming.

We stayed in this beautiful property for a very special 2 weeks. As a family we were blessed with perfect weather and were hence able to take advantage of the magical array of wonders the area has to offer. The local village and its people were charming as very tolerant of our poor attempts at Italian. The beaches and the coast were breathtaking. We hired a boat at Castro and viewed the coast, swimming in the crystal clear blue waters. The house was well equipped for all our needs and the kids used the bikes to cycle to the village. The pool is resort like and maintained perfectly. We were charmed by the caretakers of the property Pina and Claudio who introduced us to the property on arrival and were available for any problems. Simona was also readily available for any queries and we are very grateful for the opportunity to experience her unique home which made our Salento holiday so special. We were sad to leave. villa comoda e godereccia

eravamo 4 coppie e ci siamo goduti questa bella casa vacanza proprio ad inizio estate, il Salento non è affollato in questo periodo e da qui si può andare ovunque in tempi brevi. Ma la casa che ci ha accolto ha fatto molto per rendere questa vacanza perfetta, tornare a sera per un rilassante bagno in piscina, aperitivo e cena non ha prezzo.... Pensiamo di tornarci presto.

Villa incantata tra gli ulivi

Un posto magico dove passare le vacanze in tranquillità circondata da amici!!!! La casa è bellissima con tutti i confort per rendere il soggiorno fantastico!!!! Svegliarsi la mattina fare yoga tra gli ulivi seguito da un bagno nella splendida piscina non ha prezzo!!!!! Simona è una persona molto carina e disponibile, un host d' eccellenza!!!!!! Grazie veramente di tutto !!!!!!
