“Amazing property! The refurbishment of this historic house is amazing. The kitchen is perfect for small groups or college graduation party. The "living room" and study were beautiful. The 3 large bedrooms upstairs were plush, comforting, and very charming. The basement living areas were also outstanding. We'll stay here every time we are in town.”

“Home size was great, view of the grounds in Fall was stunning. Information from Expedia on some things was outdated, so be sure to check the guest book. Additionally, be sure to read the FULL listing. We popped in for one night to attend a christening, and we didn’t see the details further down about the amenities not being at the home. They are a part of the larger farm property, and required reservations. This didn’t work for our family. While we would have opted for a different……

“Home and amenities exactly as pictured. It was a welcome location which was nearby to what we wanted to do (close to C'ville, UVA, and wineries). The host kindly provided recommended local spots to eat and drink which were nice - definitely check out Patch Brewing if coming thru town. Very friendly for our dog as well :)”

“House was great for 3 families spending a long weekend at Lake Anna. The house was clean, well stocked and had comfortable beds. Huge lawn with a fire pit and tire swing was great time for kids to play and run outside.One consideration is that the area off the dock was very shallow- this was great for smaller kids but the big kids had hoped to jump off the dock. We still had a great time playing in the lake each day!”
