“I have previously stayed at this location when it was operated as a bed and breakfast, this time it is only a lodging spot with complimentary drinks which was conveyed in the listing. The home is lovely and easily located in Orange, with quick access to many historical areas. While the Fenton is listed as having a bathroom, which it does, it is a tiny water closet at best. There is no standard size mirror or sink, the shower is also quite small. Overall, our stay was fine, but I did not like the……

“Communication with the host was spotty in the 9 months leading to our trip with some messages gone unanswered. Payment system was a mess but we were offered a discount for our troubles which was nice. The shower head in the primary bathroom was rusted, leaking and broken so we couldn't use it during our stay. Host came and offered to fix it, but wasn't a huge deal as there were 2 other showers and it would take a while to fix and dry out wall. The shower in the garage conversion is a raw……

“This house was just perfect for two families with kids. Plenty of room choices for the kids with two nice master bedrooms for the parents. I also loved the two separate hang out spaces and the big open area for the kids to get outside and enjoy the beautiful farm. The host was very easy to reach and very accommodating to our check in times. I also really appreciated that there were little things like paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, hand towels, etc. We truly didn't need to bring……
