Cozy Home

This home is just as pictured. Plenty of space for three adults, but can accommodate more. Super clean, very comfortable beds, and close to everything you’d need food wise. Plus the owner is a fabulous communicator. Would definitely stay again!

Family getaway

The house is great! The mattresses were wonderful, so much so that my husband wants to buy a mattress just like the one in the master. The location is great. The neighborhood is quiet. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it.

Fun space to gather!

The house was set up well and was very clean. We enjoyed the large backyard b/c we had nice warm weather so being outside was key, bring a frisbee or football. The fire pit was also a fun space to gather around for the guys while the girls played cards inside. The inside living space was tight sometimes but we did have 7 adults and a baby.

We stayed to attend our niece’s wedding and had to prepare food in addition to our stay. Everything worked out very well. We drove and brought the kitchen things we like to use but could have gotten by with the items that were included. Only a mile or so from all the shopping you will ever need as well as many restaurants to choose from, as well.

Calm, Fresh & Clean

This property worked very well for our family. With teenagers and a young schoolager we needed individual spaces. We were wonderfully surprised how clean the property was. The location is in a neighborhood, but very close to all the town’s amenities. Our stay didn’t go as planned as our youngest child wasn’t feeling well for the first two days. He enjoyed the large bath tub. This also gave us an opportunity to check out the recreation department. We were really impressed with this county program. The upstairs area was a fun area to play video games we brought together. This home was a great choice for our stay in Spring Hill.

Nashville Bound

My family and I had a fun weekend planned in Nashville but wanted to be able to spend some downtime away from the crowds and busyness. It was conveniently located about 35-40 south of Nashville. The property was clean and listed appropriately. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Master bedroom had a very comfortable mattress! We cooked a few smaller meals and the kitchen was adequate for that. I would stay here again.

Everything was just as advertised. Warm and clean rooms. Easy to access from main road. Only issue was front porch light was not working. All appliances and TVs worked great. Would recommend to others. One note is that it is in a subdivision, so neighbors are close.

The home was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was not lacking for anything we were glad to find the coffee filters!The upstairs bonus room was cozy to sit up there. Spectacular Home in Great Location

We had a great stay at this 3 bedroom home with extra space in the upstairs loft. Plenty of room for a large family. Great location. Easy to get to the local grocery stores and other chain stores. The house was well stocked with anything you would need. The neighborhood fireworks were better than most town firework displays!!!

Nashville area shopping trip

We did a family girls shopping trip. We loved this area because it was close to everything but very quite as well. We loved the house décor and layout. It was very clean. Our older girls (18+) enjoyed having there own space in the bonus room upstairs. Our only drawback was that if you plan on cooking at the house there was a very limited supply of kitchenware (bowls, casserole dishes, cookie sheets, etc.) but overall we would definitely recommend this house. We truly enjoyed our stay here.
