“This is a cozy well kept downstairs apartment. The walk out patio is a bonus that you don't usually find in the city. We loved the location because you could walk to all our favorites, Sylvia's, Red Rooster and the Apollo. Subway stops are convenient to downtown. Apartment is well equipped with anything that you could need. We did something as with all properties, and the manager was there within the hour. We will definitely stay here again.”

Our accommodations were clean, comfortable and well appointed, and Patrick and Kathryn included truly thoughtful touches. “This exact property is not available to rent, however it is still on the website and is able to be paid for. We did not know this until check-in and realized we never received a code to get in. It was only when we called the number attached to this property is when we found out that it is not supposed to be available. The owner we spoke to was helpful and relocated us to another property only 5 mins away from the original, which turned out to be a lovely place. It all worked out in the end, but……

“This property was at most the horrible experience. Property is not at all where it states on the website. When we arrived the ceiling was falling due to an old leakage and when I communicated with someone in charge of property, they said maintenance will come. We stood for a week and they came at the second to last day of our stay. It was cold every morning and the windows were patched with garbage bags.
