Perfect place to stay!

We were in town for a baseball tournament and this little place was perfect! Clean, furnished, plenty of space for the 4 us and super easy process from checking in to checking out. Close to good food and a dollar store for odds and ends. Definitely will stay again if we come back next year!!

This was the perfect weekend rental for our visit to Fayetteville! House is super clean and really well appointed. It was exactly what we needed for the football weekend. Great location as well. We will definitely rent again!!

Very nice and clean. Very close and handy to either Fayetteville or NWA. Check in and everything went fine, no issues at all. Great spot for a small group for a game weekend.

Nice stay

This was a very comfortable stay. The beds were really comfortable. The walls are a bit thin and we could hear our neighbors a little too easily at times but nothing so bad that we couldn't sleep. The location is great. Just a stone's throw from Fayetteville, and the surrounding area. We are seriously considering buying a home in this area for retirement.

Fun in Fayetteville

We had a great visit seeing allvthe sights. Rode bikes on the trails arounf Fayetteville Lake, went to Botanical Garden, went to Rogers for Trash ice cream and Onyx coffee, went to Walmart musem and Crystal Bridges. Drove around campus and had dinner at City Park. Location was perfect to pack ALL of that in 4 days.

Great condo and location! Cute condo close to restaurants, U of A campus, and shopping. The owners made sure to have important info ready for use if needed. The layout of condo is great for having guests, and the downstairs powder room is a plus! Look forward to staying there again!

Good communication

Didn't get check in information and had to call the property owner to get access after the check in time. Didn’t have on iron but property owner ordered one and had it same day. Also had a plumbing issues but pretty owner had a plumber out same day and fixed problem. Communication with owner was great after the the check in issues.
