Megan, please accept our apologies. We are under renovation and those are the 2 items that are not complete. As of yesterday, the pool has reopened. The ice machines have been ordered, but we are at the mercy of the vendor for shipment and installation.

Our room was clean and quiet. Not terribly busy. Had just a couple of issues at the hotel -- the ice machine on our floor and one other wasn't working. But we were able to use the one on the main floor. The light fixtures in nearly all of the hallways were broken. It wasn't much of an inconvenience for us, but really looked quite terrible walking to/ from our room. Hoping you are in the process of replacing them.

We have new ice machines ordered and are awaiting the arrival of the new lamp shades in the hallways. It seems everyone is at the mercy of a vendor at some point! Over sells rooms so may not get what you book.
We had booked 2 king rooms, upon arrival was informed that they had “over sold” king rooms and would be able to do 1 king and 1 double room. I did ask why they would sell more than they had and was told by 2 different front desk employees that that is how they do it. Also, this hotel is dated and normal amenities like hand soap in the bathroom is not present nor available. I don’t know how clean a hotel can be if the guest can’t wash their hands after a bathroom visit. Ultimately we travel quite a lot, and will not stay in this location again.

Considering the price of the room I was very disappointed. The carpet in front of door was was raggedy causing me to trip coming in and out of the room. There were no complementary toiletry items and 1 very small soap bar. Remember that there were 2 people in the room. The shower curtain liner was too short to keep the floor in front of the tub try. There was always water standing on the vanity. There were unsightly patches above the tub. The lower part of the wall going into the bathroom had a nasty scrape probably done with the luggage cart. Too many problems for the price of the room.

Unfortunately, this hotel has an outdated air conditioning system. It’s a wall unit and it leaked continually. The floor was wet the room was musty. Even the sheets felt damp. Clothing hanging in the closet was damp. There was mold around the edges of the sink. Some of our party requested to move to another room, but with it was no better. I was pretty disappointed in this hotel. I probably will not stay there again. The staff was very nice. And helpful. But the hotel just was subpar especially for the cost. The price was doubled for this time of the year because of that events going on at the college. However, I am paying $280 a night for a sub par for the hotel. I was not happy.

The hot tub was not working and one of the treadmills did not work in the gym. Breakfast was good each morning and the rooms were clean and quit. The service was great, no complaints there; we would definitely stay their again.

We stayed there 4 nights, but stayed in town anothe 5 nights in a diffetent hotel. We definitely didnt like the musty odor all over our clothes. We had to wash all of our clothes and send others to the cleaners after we checked out due to the stromg odor. Parking was very limited.

The rooms were beautiful and the staff was friendly but the pool area was really gross! Super dirty and had flies floating in it. Not our favorite for the kiddos but overall not a bad stay.

We had several issues with our employee checking into this hotel. I understand that Melissa needed to follow the necessary steps to make sure the reservation was changed with Expedia but her hatefulness and bad attitude just made the situation worse. Instead of trying to be helpful, she treated our employee like they were trying to lie and check into a room that wasn't hers, which was already paid for by our company. Upon check in, we were informed the pool was closed for yearly maintenance, which I thought was a bad week to decide to do maintenance as it is spring break week. Also, the room was dim and the bathroom was even darker. Breakfast doesn't start til 7 on the weekends which is kind of late for people on the go early.

We had a change in management shortly after your stay. I have addressed all of your concerns with staff members and hired maintenance techs to ensure the pool is always open for our guests. However, with every property, there will be times that it is just impossible not to have anomalies occur with this amenity. I am so sorry this occurred during your vacation. I do hope you will keep us in mind for any future stays. We have a renovation planned for this year and would love for you to enjoy our improved property.

The hotel was great, clean, friendly staff. My complaint is with the room location. When I requested the reservation, I specifically asked for a room close to the elevator. My husband is on oxygen. The hotel even reached out to me to see if I wanted a first floor room. I responded saying any floor will be fine as long as the room was close to the elevator. After checking in, we started walking toward the room, and walking, and walking. Our room ended up being the second furtherest room from the elevator. No, I did not go back to the desk to ask for the closer room. My husband had walked far enough already.

Nice new remodeled rooms. New carpet, tile, counters, wallpaper. Clean. Only issue was bedding. Sheets wouldn't stay on mattress and all pillows were too soft. Friendly desk clerk. Breakfast good. Good location. This area could support more hotels between Springdale and Rogers.
