“This place was very clean and allowed pets. I thought there might be a fenced yard accessible but there wasn't. Livingston has a leash law for dogs which I appreciate! I was able to walk my dog safely though the neighborhood. Have a flashlight as there are no street lights. This place is small so if you were staying more than 2-3 days it might be inconvenient. It is close to the Yellowstone River. It was incredibly quiet and I loved that. The bathroom was very nice. I would stay again.”

“The place was comfortable and convenient. The view was worth paying for. However being charged an additional 85+ dollars on arrival due to clerical error of VRBO was tacky at least and fraudulent at worst”

“Everything was as expected or better. Great view, location, and house size. One bedroom has French doors that open to living room, so consider sleeping schedules when assigning rooms. Walls seem to be on the thin side too. MISSING A BBQ! Also, checkout procedure was a little high maintenance in my opinion. Other that that, I give a solid 5 stars. Would stay there again.”

“The house is very beautiful with amazing views. It’s secluded but also very close to town. We had 10 adults and 2 kids. We originally thought the house was 5 bedrooms but the listing changed about 8 months after we booked to 4 bedrooms. (The 5th bedroom is a room in the basement with only a day bed). It worked out though because the loft space has a couple of twin beds, however, not much privacy up there as you are in an open air loft space. Plenty of bathrooms to go around and the house was……
