I wish it had been communicated there was an issue as it was the main amenity we were booking for after long days hiking on the trails, the hot tub was something to look forward to and even though it was there the jets were not working the whole week along with no lights at night to use the hot tub or at least be able to see to use the hot tub . There are more features Jack doesn't mention in his listing that we discovered that made our stay very memorable. “My wife and I joined 18 friends for the hike at Angels Landing and other activities. Everyone staying at a hotel was jealous of our accommodation. It was perfectly located right in the middle of most of the businesses in Springdale. They offered an early check-in and gave me a late checkout. It's relatively new and they are still working out some kinks.... e.g. the letter which informed us of the entry code was not clear on the sequence of steps needed to enter the residence.
