「Very conveniently located a 9 minute walk from downtown. Beautifully decorated and stoked with supplies you may forget or need. Only complaint is there no microwave so if you're staying for more than a few nights or want a late night munchie you're kinda SOL. This is not fault of the host but there is a family located downstairs who smoke and have a dog who will bark at and playfully chase you 」

「My friend and I came for an event and just needed a place to stay the night so we could drive home in the morning instead of getting home way late. It was a very colorful and unique style of space. The earplugs were a great option for keeping the late night downtown noise out when we went to bed.The only things I struggled with was not really knowing that parking was public parking on the street wherever a spot was available and having to walk around 2 blocks to the loft, and the other issue was...

Super convenient location near downtown, and Anthum gave great advice on sights to see, places to eat, etc. Wish we could have stayed longer.The one tiny problem we had was corrected immediately. Just mentioning that because Anthum is readily available for his guests. He wants to make sure you are happy. And we were. 」

「We stayed here for a race in downtown Springfield and it was super close. Also, this place was incredibly clean! I loved the old building vibes and the beds were very comfortable. It’s good to know that there isn’t any coffee or anything, so you’ll want to bring your own. Otherwise, perfect stay!」
