“There was no hot water. We came down to Eugene for a concert and our plan was to get ready at the home before the show. To our dismay, we found out there was no hot water and were forced to use a teakettle for warm water. We were in a rush to get to the show so we didn’t get a chance to reach out to the host immediately but did contact them later. I never heard back about our concerns. We spent nearly $400 for a one night stay And we’re very disappointed at the overall appearance of the home……

“What a great place to stay in Eugene. Very clean, very secure, great neighborhood and very well appointed with nice linens, coffee & amenities, hosts thought of everything!I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in town.”

“very nice”

“Great location for us, our first trip to Oregon. Accommodations were perfect for us, away from the busy of Eugene but yet tucked only a short distance from Eugene when we so chose to travel there for activities. Enjoyed visiting/experiencing smaller local communities between Eugene and Cottage Grove. Certainly would stay again!”
