Run down & not maintained well with drug addicts hanging out in the rear parking lot. NOT family friendly. Nasty & rude owner provides nothing but bad vibes. Breakfast is garbage food. Cold tasteless eggs and filthy silverware. Absolutely disgusting hotel. AVOID !

Nice clean room, staff was very friendly and helpful, my wife liked how quite it was compared to the couple other places we stayed on our trip, and the handicapped accessible bathroom was the best equipped and layer out we had ever had. I recommend this motel for the price and service as a good place to stay.

Rooms are so musty you can barely breathe and the carpets stick to your feet. Used the restroom in the middle of the night and roaches scattered in the bathtub. Outer doors are never locked for security. Long term “residents”. Would not recommend.

Late night check-in, greeted by a person on drugs begging for money and cigarettes. Very much uncomfortable when he approaches my vehicle before I can even get out to check in. Room was average, breakfast pass, don’t waste your time. Will never stay here again.

We stayed in the “suite” and it was far from it. It was the last door on the hall and all we heard all night long was the door opening and closing. The jacuzzi tub faucet was very loose. The room smelled like must. And there were actually holes in the floor around the jacuzzi tub!

We did some volunteer work in Jacksonville that required 3 different times of staying several night each time. One several day stay we had 3 rooms. Each time we were all impressed! This hotel was amazing! The employees were so helpful and so kind. We saw them going above and beyond in the cleaning and upkeep of the hotel. I would totally recommend staying here as it is cleaner than some hotels that are 3 times the money. We would totally recommend this for anyone.
