The staff was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Breakfast was fresh and constantly refilled. We would most definitely stay there again.

Everything about the property was wonderful and I would return again anytime. Beautiful room, beautiful lounge and decorations, safe area, near the best restaurants, great bathroom, clean comfortable bed, and delicious breakfast with cookies and fruit infused water available upon check-in. The staff were professional and polite. The only caveat is some guests from a wedding did not respect quiet hours when I had an early morning. I had earplugs so it was fine.

Nice stay, the room and other spaces were clean and up-to-date, the bed was comfortable. The room I had was not fancy but perfectly adequate. Hotel was quiet when I was there. Staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was simple but tasty and convenient. Overall a nice experience at a reasonable rate.

This was a great property! The office and amenities were top notch. Breakfast was outstanding. There were snack options available during non-meal times. Staff was extremely warm and kind. Room was spotless, completely updated, and high-end toiletries. Highly recommend and if/when we're in that area we'll for sure stay again. :)

The Ellery in Northampton was a delightful experience. The inn combines New England charm with thoughtful modern touches, offering a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Our room was spotless, stylish, and comfortably appointed, with soft linens and plenty of natural light. The complimentary breakfast was simple but satisfying, perfect before heading into town. Located within walking distance of downtown Northampton and Smith College, the location couldn’t be better. The staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. We truly felt at home and appreciated the peaceful setting. Highly recommend The Ellery for a relaxing and memorable stay in Northampton.

We found the Ellery to be charming and the location to be ideal for our visit. We also enjoyed the breakfast bar each morning and found the staff to be kind and attentive. that said this was not a plush hotel with numerous amenities certainly not for the cost per night.
