「I stayed at this cabin with three friends to celebrate our 60th birthday year. The cabin is in a quiet peaceful setting yet is convenient to Berkeley Springs and nearby Cacapon State Park. It is a well-appointed cabin in the woods with a lovely hot tub and a great screened porch! We had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the ping pong table! The owner was very responsive to our questions. We didn't do a lot of cooking but the kitchen would have been fine for making full meals (we dined out...

「Amazing stay in Cacapon. Place is idyllic. You really should have a 4x4 to get up the final hill. We almost didn’t make it multiple times. Scary situation! Also, there are 2 of this address. One in Cacapon and one in Berkeley. Make sure you enter the one in Cacapon! Otherwise amazing amazing amazing!」

「This property was clean, modernly decorated and well furnished/supplied. It would sleep 6 but it is small. We were just the 2 of us and it was good. Like someone else said in their review, the neighborhood is not visually nice but the rental property itself is nice. We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the hot tub. For an issue we had, the owner responded very promptly.」

「The property has a beautiful setting on a tranquil gorgeous mountain. Our family loved the birds and opportunity to hike this setting. Ages ranged from infant to pre-teen, parents, and grandparents. Something for all, tree swings and creeks, nice trail paths. The owner is a candy expert and the kids were invited to find the bowls throughout the artfully decorated cabin. Late night Uno matches followed ping pong. This natural retreat is uniquely charming, we all loved it.」

「This place is super close to the Trak and Yak trip which we were in town for. It was a great location right in the middle of town. The only complaint would be the three window AC units did not cool the whole house. At least the evenings were cool to open the windows. Would stay there again, but would bring a fan for the king size bedroom that did not have a window unit.」

「The property was clean and comfortable. I would suggest bringing some drinking water as the water had a very strong, sulfur smell when we arrived making it unappealing to drink. This resolved in about 24 hours. The beds are comfortable and clean linens provided. The grass was too high for us to use the yard space, but the outdoor deck was beautiful. The property is a nice 15 minute drive from town and right across from a park with awesome hiking, a beach, and a beautiful look out.」

「My wife and I were biking the C&O Canal Towpath, and needed a place fo the night. This was the perfect place. Its close to a parking area to get on the trail. Exceptionally clean and neat. Parking is easy in the driveway. The fresh cookies were a nice touch. Double sinks in the large bathroom were very nice as well. It has all the things you would need if you needed to cook and stay longer. I would return and stay again if we come that way again. Thank you!」
