“Check in, communication and house all great! Very cute renovations. Plenty of starter supplies, nice towels, toiletries in baths. Awesome that they had a high chair and 2 pak & plays! Can walk to grocery store and Mexican restaurant. The only suggestion would be firmer mattresses. Could just be our family, but most of us prefer firm! ”

“This a super nice place to stay. The owners have literally thought of every thing with great attention to comfort and style. It is also located in a nice, quiet, neighborhood which was appreciated. “Little to no communication. Bathroom floors and dishes were dirty. Three forks, four plates, and a few random bowls were in the kitchen. We had to use plastic silverware. I really wanted to provide my college kids a home cooked meal while I was in town but we ended up having to order and reheat. No check out documents were provided even after they were requested. The common area was very noisy until late in the night- most of the windows looked out onto this area. ”

The deck is a safety hazard! This unit has considerable “wear and tear” with no visible attempts to bring it back up the standard for the price paid. First time I was dissatisfied with a VRBO stay. ”

“Great stay. The styling was nice, cozy and the place was clean and organized. I like the setup with the lighting in the backyard. There was also a creek that ran along the backyard, which was nice. My only critique would be the check-in and out time felt a little short. Would be nice if it was more like 3pm-11am (hotel check-in/out times) but that's just my opinion. The owner was great and easy to communicate with.”

“The house is in moderate shape with some very odd design choices from the last renovation. For instance, the lighting in the master bedroom is not hard wired at all and has wires running over the walls to wall fixtures. For such a small house it has a lot of light switches which makes finding the right one difficult. The kitchen is poorly equipped with few utensils and the appliances are very cheap.
