“Unit located in laid back downtown Provo but still close to BYU. Unit had GREAT A/C, well stocked kitchen, large bathroom and black out curtains for that bright Utah sun! Well groomed building with other units, enter door from the outside, located on the 2 nd floor. One floor plan, one step into bedroom. King size bed was great, large closet.Parking was easy in parking lot and spaces available on the street as well. Unit is located right across the street from SMITH's grocery store which was a……

“This was a trip down memory lane for me because I taught school in this building 40 years ago. The outside of the building looks much as it did 100 years ago while the inside has been made into lovely, modern apartments. I highly recommend staying here!”
