Quiet and peaceful detached guest house sleeps 6 with two queen beds and a futon sleeper. Curtain separates the room for privacy. Large 65” flat screen tv, large dresser, small table and four barstools with a full size fridge with water and ice on outside of the door, and microwave. Walk in closet and huge walk in shower in the bathroom with double shower heads. New!

Beautiful property grounds

It was quiet. The shower was big and beautiful but a normal showered would have been better. It has a square rain type shower head and little jet nozzle at the end but there did not work well for rinsing off the soap or washing hair. It was just a small guest house and pics made it look like a whole house. No kitchen area and very small coffee pot. Overall a nice place to stay.

This worked for me. My daughter and I were in the area for a family reunion, nearest motel was in Porterville. But I have learned that Air B&B properties can have a broad spectrum in the product that is provided. There were lots of little maintenance and housekeeping items that needed attention. Not at a level of complete dissatisfaction, but enough to make me book something else if i return to the area.

Great Property

This place was amazing! We stayed in the one bedroom next to the main house and it was perfect for my son and I, who were in town for a motocross race. It was clean, the beds were really comfortable, the backyard was awesome with the firepit. The neighborhood was so quiet, great for walking. Highly recommended.
