Landschaft im Bereich des Hammertals in Niedersprockhövel, Deutschland; Blick von der Hiddinghauser Straße (Hausnr. 16) am Nordhang des Sirrenbergs zum Hof Niedergethe (links); im Geländeeinschnitt hinter der Hof und vor den Waldhängen im Hintergrund (links Semberg/Stoltenberg in Witten-Durchholz, rechts Schultenbusch in Sprockhövel-Hiddinghausen) verlaufen die A43 und der Pleßbach (das eigentliche Hammertal; dort befindet sich auch rechts etwas außerhalb des Bildes das ehem. Hammerwerk Ibachsmühle). Der abgebildete Bereich gehört weitgehend zum Landschaftsschutzgebiet „Stüter/Sprockhövel/Hiddinghausen“; ein Teil der Wälder im Hintergrund liegt im Landschaftsschutzgebiet „Kämpen/Durchholz“.

Very nice value hotel in a good location
Nice little hotel. The front staff were friendly and helpful. The room is small but functional and comfortable. It’s a good location if you want to enjoy central Bochum. We would stay again if we were ever to return to this area.
