"Do not air conditioner, need open de window the problem is more noises and depend the weather yo cant sleep, very comfortable , clean room. Near the San Miguel Catedral and Gran Plaza. The place is good and hay a nice restaurants near and coffee shops. Very good. And near the central station. 5 stars "

"My room was very spacious and clean. View was nice. The hotel is in a great location, close to many great restaurants and chocolate shops, and is very walkable to many tourist attractions. The candy bar in the reception area was the cherry on top."

"I was initially given the wrong room, and it took over 3 hours of arguments and repeated follow-up calls before I was finally moved to the room I had actually booked. I booked a room with bath and I was given a room without bath because the correct room was not ready. Despite raising a complaint, the property treated the situation as though it was perfectly acceptable simply because the correct room was eventually provided in the end. Pathetic customer service"
