「It was too cold in the room and almost every where. Temperature control was very difficult in the room and the system does not work pry.」

「Dirty. Unkempt and in disrepair. Felt unsafe with many loitering around outside. Not family friendly. Did not even stay the night there. The door lock would not lock properly. Light coming in from all around the door jam. Sheets were dirty. Bathroom door would not even close.」

「The staff asked me to pay online and refuse me a room once I paid and I called for a refund and Expedia was told that I didn't show up and the lady that work for Expedia was told that she made a false statement about the hotel so they refused to work with her and im having to go to my bank to get refund when I was refused a room and a refund the staff there is horrible and they are crooks so i would encourage anyone to stay away but i will be filing a report with the bbb and FTC and the CFPB for...

「It was an older hotel but clean. The smell in my room was a bit overwhelming (cleaning supplies)? It was nice that they had upgraded my room to a suite. There was nothing wrong just not as updated including the furniture and there was no charger outlet for the phone. The man at the front desk was very nice.」

「Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Angel’s Nest B&B. Built on the highest point in Parker County, this is a lovely Victorian home built in 1890s with vintage furnishings, but with up to date amenities. A/C, electricity, TV, etc. Comfy king size bed, delicious breakfast, clean, welcoming staff, wonderful wrap around porch perfect for sitting outside viewing for miles while enjoying a gentle breeze. Free parking on the property. 」

Dirty room, poor service, instead of having an incidental fee after you pay for your room, they want you to have a pre-authorization for the entire price of the room and and then when you show up, they want you to pay for the room while you still have a pre-authorization hanging out there for the full rate of the room. Ridiculous.」
