Just right

Jayson couldn’t have been friendlier, meeting us at the gate to the property and showing us all the tips and tricks for our RV stay. The property feels very safe, with a locked gate to the lane and second locked gate to the property. The fresh eggs were delicious. A fun alternative to a hotel for the kids, without sacrificing comfort and amenities.

Memorial Day Weekend Stay

Very nice trailer and close to the Kings Canyon NP and Sequoia NP entrances. Very comfortable, easy to get to and right off CA180. Beautiful area

Squaw Valley camper

We really enjoyed our stay at Jason's camper. It was a great stop over while vacationing in Sequoia NP and Kings Canyon. Jason was a great host and made sure our stay was enjoyable.

Would Stay Again!

This was a great place for a small family (2 adults, 2 kids). We liked it better than most hotel rooms. Jayson is a very responsive host. We also enjoyed hearing the frogs and creek, and got to meet all the goats one morning. The place really had everything we needed and more.

The host is awesome, the trailer is cute, well kept, and fully stocked! After long days of hiking the cool off tub was a total bonus too!! Super safe behind locked gates.

What a fun place to stay! Jayson left us fresh eggs (that were delicious!) and a huge bowl of amazing grapes- thereby providing breakfast for us for both days of our stay! The RV had every thing we needed and Jayson walked us through everything we needed to know. Would definitely stay here again if we're back in the area!

AMAZING STAY!

If you are looking for a place to stay for your visit to Sequoia/Kings Canyon, THIS IS IT! It was clean, comfortable, and charming. Jayson is an absolute pleasure to deal with. We enjoyed the quiet, peaceful environment. Jayson also provided fresh fruit (amazing as well) and eggs. Will definitely be back!

We loved staying in the camper! Great location; close to national parks; owner so friendly!

Jayson was so friendly and accommodating. We loved the camper. The property was very nice, especially the goats! My husband forgot his sunglasses after we checked out, and Jayson quickly went back to the camper and retrieved them for us. Such a great experience overall!

RV Living

This was our 1st time staying in an RV and we had a great time. Jayson was a great host. He provided us with fresh fruit and eggs which was a nice surprise. The location of the RV is perfect for visiting Sequoia Nat’l Park and Kings Canyon. It was really hot during our visit so the swamp cooler came in handy. The RV was a nice size for our party of two and we enjoyed our time doing the RV life. If we are ever back in the area, we would enjoy staying there again. Thanks for everything, Jayson!

Awesome location for Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Parks.

Jayson, the owner, is amazing. He checked in on us regularly and brought us fruit and fresh eggs. The RV is located in a nice quiet area and has plenty of room to stretch out and feel like you have some space. My only negatives were the water pressure was not good while we were there and the RV could use a good deep cleaning. If I were to plan this vacation again, I would certainly stay here again.

Just what we needed!

They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was perfect! A market a mile away for anything we might have forgotten! 30mins away from amazing hiking The stars at night were breathtaking! Comfortable beds! Awesome fire pit! Everything worked great! Jayson is a fantastic, welcoming host! The RV was well set up with everything we needed including fresh farm eggs for breakfast in the morning. We arrived late and in the morning it was a wonderful surprise to wake up to crickets chirping and the buzz of the many hummingbird species flying around just outside the RV. Our only regret was not booking more than 1 night!! Thanks Jayson, if we are back your way we’ll definitely be booking again!! Highly recommend this experience!

Quiet and close to National Parks

My daughter and I stayed 3 nights. While she hiked in King and Sequoia National Parks, I worked at the trailer for 2 days. Internet was great and I enjoyed working truely remote. The grounds are wooded with a stream right next to the trailer. One morning all of the sheep came down and Nala really enjoyed watching them. There’s a Dollar General right down the road which was very convenient. Jayson was a great help with explaining everything at check in. Very quiet and relaxing location.

Gorgeous and beautiful

The RV is right at a mini waterfall. It is beautiful. Very serene. The property is located close to CatHaven and Sequoia National park entrance. Hume lake is also close. If you are looking for a peaceful escape in the woods, this is a perfect place. Jayson is not only a great host but a wonderful friend to have. He is so gracious, courteous, warm, and a superb host. We will be coming there for sure!

Get Getaway

Thank you Jayson for allowing us to stay in your Off Grid RV. It was super clean and very very comfortable!! Especially the bed! My husband and I both had a great nights sleep. We loved the ambience with all the lights in the evening. We really enjoyed dipping in the pool this morning before we had to head out. We loved watching the cows waiting for their water too. We wish we could have stayed longer! This is a great place to stay if you are looking for a place to stay while in the area. We will definitely be back! We want to explore more!! Jason is an excellent host and always available to answer any concerns. My only bad spot is that I have bad knees which made in and out of the RV a little difficult, but that’s my problem, not anything bad about the accommodations. After the knee surgeries we will definitely return. A .

Nice RV!

The rv worked out nicely for what we needed which was a 2 day visit to Kings Canyon and Sequoia NP’s. The location was within a good driving distance to each; rv was clean, stocked with kitchen basics and Keurig complete with coffee was also a nice touch. Queen bed was very comfortable; pull-out sofa ok for kids probably. If you sleep with windows open the rooster crows at dawn! 😁 Jayson was very kind and responsive when needed and explained the rv adequately if you’re a newbie to that type of stay. Bring your tv apps if you’re a tv person (which we’re not). Overall the rv stay served our needs perfectly. Thank you for a nice stay Jayson!

Second time visit for two months.

We stay with Jayson on April 15 and decide to go to Sequoia NP again. And we haven't question where we want to stay. Of course, Jayson. Unfortunately for us this property was available only for one day. We stayed one night at Jayson property and two nights at other property. Jayson is the best. His property is very clean, big and has a lot of good surprises, like fresh eggs, peaches and good coffee. Location is very quiet. I can say a lot additional words, but I say simple. If you want to go to Kings Canyon/Sequoia NP, Jayson's property is very good choice.

We stayed in the RV for two nights not expecting much since it was our first time ever doing this, but our experience there was beyond perfect. Huge thank you to Jayson who was very friendly with us from the very beginning. We felt welcomed on the property from the start! The RV itself was very compact, organized and comfortable. Another thank you to Jayson for the fresh eggs that he collected on his own farm! The territory of the property was beautiful: we saw some cows, hummingbirds and Jayson even brought to us his newborn goat Lily!
