"Lighting switches in bathroom and towel hangers we broken, pulled out of wall. Bathroom sink faucet had some type of soap scum on it. Rooms are not insulated well, could hear the people in the next room talking an walking around all night. Not worth the price of the room. Would not stay here again."

"Location was perfect…3 minute walk from ferry, 2 minutes from bus stops to Edgartown and Vineyard Haven, 1 minute walk to Circuit Ave and several restaurants and shops. Room was small but very nice, Claudia in housekeeping was great. We traveled just before their peak season started so was very quiet. But would definitely stay there again."

"This hotel was amazing! We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very nice and clean. The front desk staff were fantastic. They greeted us with a smile and were very informative with activities to do on the island. Check in and check out was very smooth. The hotel was quiet throughout the night and everyone made us feel so welcomed! "

"Less than friendly service at check in. I reserved a room with a “Harbor view” and got an asphalt parking lot view. I requested a change and was told “ 3rd party reservations” are often deceiving. I was told I could cancel with Hotels. Com, loose my $ and rereserve for more $. To get that view. In the meantime they were not full. The room was clean but too small for a couple. No seating for 2, no easy way to work remote for the day, and lacking essential tools like cups, silverware, paper towels etc… Minimal bathroom facilities. We would not return or recommend. In fact we left early!"

"I LOVED this place. Overall, I didn't fall in love with Martha's Vineyard, but I LOVED, LOVED LOVED this hotel. The spa was incredible, the pool was amazing, the room was comfortable...they had everything I could want. But the STAFF really made the experience over the top. I loved interacting with them. They were helpful, friendly, made excellent recommendations for food. Our room was always clean. If you go to Martha's Vineyard ... Stay HERE!"
