「When I arrived, we found the property needed some upgrading, some items in the kitchen were dirty,the baking trays in the oven, one was rusty,the couch upstairs had dirt under the cushions, I asked the owner to clean it and the oven tray,but we actually clesned the kitchen ourselves. There were lighbulbs out,in the bathroom the toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall. The property was unkempt in general. It should have been spotlessly clean.
