Porch smells of mold, floor in ensuite bathroom was dirty, ensuite shower was cracked and had packing tape put over it with hair stuck to it, 2nd bedroom walls looked like a child had coloured with crayon, hole in 2nd bedroom floor, jetted tub in main bathroom looked dirty, holes in kitchen counter top, handle broken off cupboard drawer, no hand soap in ensuite bathroom, no towels in ensuite bathroom we found the towels downstairs on top of the dryer so I bought them upstairs and put them in the bathrooms, floor in laundry room was not swept and there were dirty cleaning rags on the floor. Sheets and pillow case still in dryer. In the basement the electric outlets in the room did not work. Measuring tape and other stuff on ledge in room in basement. A man in a black suv parked outside the house on two occasions after we arrived and just sat in the car outside and left after awhile and the next day same guy came back and just sat outside and than left not sure if it was the home owner or not but thought it odd
