The Space: Our home is at the north end of a quiet, three-unit building, positioned directly on Matanzas Inlet and the Atlantic Ocean.
Main Level: Enter into the bright kitchen and dining area, fully stocked for home cooking. A full bathroom with stand-up shower and a washer/dryer are conveniently located here. Step down into the stylish living room, framed by floor-to-ceiling windows with ocean views. Sliding glass doors open onto a large shared deck with direct beach access—just seven steps away.
Second Level: Take the spiral staircase up to a spacious bedroom with two queen beds, a dedicated workspace/office area, and a full bath with soaking tub and vanity. The open layout (no bedroom doors) allows natural light to flow throughout the space, creating an airy, inviting atmosphere.
Third Level: Continue up to the fun loft space with two twin XL beds and unique porthole windows that make you feel like you’re aboard a ship—always a favorite with kids and adults alike.
Please Note Our Pet Policy: Pet fee is $200 for the first dog, $100 for the second dog (max 2). Additional fee for second dog collected after booking. Two dogs 50 pounds or less are allowed and must be house broken. Pets messes/stains, excessive damage, or pet shedding on linens will result in an extra cleaning fee. For the safety of all guests, please keep your dog on a leash on the deck. Dogs are permitted on the beach as long as they are leashed, per county ordinance.
