We loved staying in this vacation rental home! We appreciated the cleanliness and extra touches like coffee, waters and coupons, beach chairs, beach towels, wagon, etc! You can't beat the location and proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants! iTrip was extremely responsive.

This property was absolutely charming. It was perfect for my family. The location was on point. Steps away from the beach and minutes away from really good restaurants and activities. The property was clean and stocked with the essentials, including beach chairs, umbrellas, & toys! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

The house had everything we needed for our family of four. The extra beach towels and beach wagon with toys and boogie boards were nice to have. The outdoor shower was great, too. The beach was wonderful in this area for young kids (wide, flat and calm). Thanks for a great stay! Would come back!

The home is beautifully furnished, extremely well stocked, exceptionally clean, and very quiet! Being quite close to other properties, we couldn’t believe the solitude! The beach was private and just a hop, skip and and jump away. The pool area was lovely and convenient. All of the “major” attractions are also very close by. Well worth the money!!

This property is super clean. It is exactly as advertised. Very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Super close to beach.. as described. Close to everything, Grocery, restaurants, ect.... Our 1st trip to the area. We spent a lot of time researching various properties. This is a winner! We had a wonderful visit with our 11 year old dog. We look forward to many more stays.

Very clean. Super quiet and relaxing. Great for sitting on the beach and spending quality family time. The grill was in excellent shape unlike most other rentals. The pool heater was not working as advertised but didn’t affect our enjoyment of the property.

This is one of the best places we have stayed over the years at St Augustine Beach. The property is well maintained and very clean and comfortable. The host is very helpful and accessible. I would not hesitate to book here again.
