Great location, fun and comfortable layout

We really enjoyed our stay. We have 3 teenagers and were able spend time together, yet find our own space when needed. We appreciated how walkable the grocery store, restaurants, miniature golf and the beach were!

Clean & Spacious

Wonderful and very clean property! We had a great stay with lots of things nearby and the beach minutes walk away that you can also drive on, we had a wonderful long weekend getaway with friends at this property. All of the neighbors at the complex were super friendly as well. Would definitely stay again!

My favorite stay!

This property is amazing! It was the best stay we ever had a VRBO property. It is nicely located across the street from a park that has beach access and is pet friendly. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and the beds were very comfortable. The living room couch and ottoman are heavenly! The A/C and fans all worked great. Overall a fantastic property.

Loved the condo. Location was perfect. If someone would have showed up to repair the toilet it would have been a perfect t stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with all you need.

Beautiful comfortable spacious, huge space, well stocked kitchen, the shady lawn gave a pleasant atmosphere, the pool was steps away. Loved the location near a grocery store, the wagon to tote our stuff to the beach was great. The laundry room was useful to keep towels clean and dry. Loved it!

Great Property and Location

This was a spacious condo, much bigger than the photos show. Lots of room for my 5 adult kids to spread out. Kitchen was well-stocked with everything they needed to cook and eat. Location was a short walk through a park area to the beach and easy access to see the sights in St. Augustine. We will definitely book this property next time we visit Gramma in St. Augustine.

Beach wedding

Our daughter and son in law came from Germany to get married on the beach. The condo was perfect! Great pool, close to everything, had everything we needed! The rooms were decorated so cute! The master bathroom was perfect to get my bride ready for her big day! Thank you for a great space for our family! We would love to stay again!

Great Relaxing Get-a-way

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We traveled South to escape the snow and ice and Ocean Reef provided a welcome relief. The unit was well equipped and very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and St. Augustine. The screened-in back porch was a delight to relax, read and enjoy the sun. I had a nice time walking our small dog up and down A1A Beach Blvd. The proximity to Old Town St. Augustine without being in the traffic flow was very appealing. Recommend it for a pleasant time at St. Augustine Beach.

Close to everything!

Quiet condo within 15 minutes drive of all Saint Augustine has to offer. Condo was well stocked...beach wagon was a plus! Pool wasn't clean but we enjoyed everything else.
