With two expansive levels of indoor space connected by an open staircase and elevator, Turtle Dunes has been thoughtfully furnished as a vacation paradise, featuring a fully stocked, gourmet kitchen with all the "bells and whistles" including a huge island and breakfast bar, stainless appliances such as double ovens and induction stove, and specialty items like a countertop ice machine, beverage cooler, and quesadilla maker. The open-concept primary living areas and outdoor spaces offer plenty of room for the whole group to gather during meal prep and dining, and to relax while watching a movie, playing a board game, or listening to music on the WiFi sound system all while enjoying the sights and sounds of the ocean.



Downstairs, a handy kitchenette, second dining space, and a large living space are conveniently located next to a game room and back patio, perfect for coming in from the beach for a quick snack, game of ping-pong, or vintage arcade! An outdoor storage closet is stocked with beach chairs, towels and gear, and an outdoor shower makes rinsing off a breeze. The lower porch features high-top dining, adirondack seating, and a sofa swing.



Throughout the home, comfortable furnishings and soft beach hues will enhance your relaxation. Sleeping options abound in 8 bedrooms, 6 of which feature a king bed and en suite bathroom. 25 year age requirement to book and stay: Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved dates.



Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee.



No smoking or vaping on the property. $500 fine for rule violation.
