Amazing Home!

We came from Virginia for Spring Break. We rented this house and it did not disappoint! It was clean and in stellar condition. A lot of VRBOs do not look like their photos....this one does! Stocked kitchen, great views, lovely amenities. I wish we could have stayed longer! We will definitely go back!! Thank you!

Can’t say enough about this home . Kids loved walking down to the beach . And we pretty much had the beach to ourselves . Beautiful large home great for the kids to play downstairs and have space for adults when wanting to unwind. You won’t be disappointed

Absolutely unbelievable. The view from the great room was breathtaking, and every detail felt like small luxuries. There wasn't a single amenity that hadn't been considered. We expected the kitchen to be well-provisioned, but it was incredible. They had EVERYTHING - every serving dish we could imagine, a variety of huge pots to cook pasta for 18 people, down to even a milk frother. Plenty of beach toys/chairs/boogie boards/pails and shovels, and the pool and hot tub were perfect. Every room had its own bathroom (except the kids bunk room which shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with the adjoining room, which we also used for kids), which made it very nice for staying with extended family. There were no bad rooms! We stayed for a long weekend for my dad's 75th birthday, and we never even left the property (except for the beach obviously) because there was so much to do. Fabulous - already planning to stay here again! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Turtle Dunes

Turtle Dunes Beach House is hands down the nicest place I've ever stayed! Perfect for a group, with each bedroom having its own master suite and private bathroom—everyone had their own space. The porch was gorgeous, and we rented chairs and umbrellas from Drifters Beach Rental, which was super convenient and wonderful. The view from the kitchen was amazing—pictures don’t do it justice. Ideal for a relaxing, private getaway. Highly recommend!

Relaxing, cool beach visit

Can't say enough good things about this house or the hosts. It has gorgeous views of the beach. (Was too cold to spent time on it unfortunately.) The kitchen has all the cooking items you will ever need. We enjoyed our hot tea in the morning watching the surf. Because it was so cold, we enjoyed working on a puzzle, playing games, reading, and watching mom's favorite channel, The Hallmark Channel. Even though we didn't partake in the outdoor activities, we really enjoyed our time away.

5-star Turtle Dunes!

Turtle Dunes far exceeded our expectations! Had a weekend getaway with friends for my wife’s birthday and we fell in love with this house. The house was tastefully and thoughtfully renovated, beautifully furnished with contemporary coastal decor. It looks just like the beautiful photos. All rooms are spacious and comfortable. Beautiful panoramic views of the ocean from the main living area. Open the door to the outside deck and hear the sound of the waves crashing ashore. We had a great trip, and all our guests couldn’t stop complimenting how breathtaking the home was. Thank you for making my wife’s birthday so memorable. We wouldn’t hesitate to book Turtle Dunes again! 5/5 stars!

I rented the house to celebrate my 50th Birthday with a group of my closest friends & family from over the different phases of life. This house was the perfect house!!! Every aspect of the house exceeded our expectations. There is enough space for you to go spend quiet time on your own outside or in the house. And the entertaining rooms are large enough for everyone to be in the same space at the same time & still not feel crowded. The beach was beautiful and the pool and hot tub were defintely a huge hit. I think some ladies might have only left the pool to sleep and eat. There was plenty of parking. The host service (iTrip) was AMAZING. I was having issues getting the iPad to turn on for the surround sound & decided I would just use my speaker from home, but they sent someone out right away anyway. Come to find out it was a button on the screen to unlock the screen... I don't have Apple Products & felt so bad that he came out, but he didn't seem to mind at all. The main refrigerator is CRAZY BIG & then there is a second one downstairs too & also a wet bar fridge in the game room. I can not recommend this house enough. If we could afford to rent it during the holidays or over the summer we would, but it is crazy expensive during the summer months. If you have the money to rent it though..it is defintely worth it.

Every afternoon there were the most beautiful rainbows.

The sunsets were beautiful from the top back deck too. This was a pic during a small storm.

Short holiday

The house is absolutely fabulous!! We need nothing more than what was there. The place is clean, comfortable, spacious, very beautiful and placed in a perfect spot for beach time! We totally love it and already thinking of going back 😊

Great for friendscation!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was perfect for our group — four families, each with two little ones — and we all had plenty of space to spread out and relax. The location right on the beach couldn’t be better; waking up to the sound of the waves each morning was such a treat. The house was stocked with everything we could possibly need, from beach gear to Yeti cups for our morning coffee walks by the water. It truly felt like a home away from home. We can’t wait to come back!

Amazing house!

We rented this for a 40th bday/family reunion. It was perfect. The home is extremely well stocked with anything you would need to host a large dinner or a cookout. Each bedroom has its own bathroom so it works very well for multiple families.

Fabulous Vacation Home

Such a fabulous home!! Exactly as described & shown online & then so much more. A wonderfully, well-stocked kitchen with everything you could ever need. Superb flow & space to all gathering spaces. Each bedroom is a treat with access to a ensuite bath. My group was so comfortable it was hard to leave. I know that when we come back, they will insist on staying at this property again. Management company saw to every need & was incredibly responsive to making sure we had a smooth booking experience.

Really enjoyed our stay!

We had such a great time at Turtle Dunes! The house was stocked with everything you could think of. The pool and hot tub were so nice and we really enjoyed the sound system throughout the house. Crescent beach was beautiful! The sand and the water were perfect. We loved being right on the beach and the house had plenty of beach chairs/umbrellas. Only regret was not staying longer! Property manager was quick to address questions/issues. Can’t wait to return.

There were 17 us, representing three generations, the youngest 10, the oldest 78. We stayed a full week. With the exception of one day out fishing, we spent all our time at the house and on the beach and in the ocean. We couldn't imagine anywhere we would enjoy being more.This house has been renovated with rentals in mind, and they did a great job. It works, beautifully.

Wonderful property. Pool was under construction and inspection, so pavers, pool technicians & iTrip employees in and out for three days of our seven day stay. I inquired about reservations for approximately the same time in 2026… … the quote was almost double … … I asked why… … “it would be slightly more expensive due to the pool addition”????Looking elsewhere unless I hear back . We left the property every bit as clean as we found it

Turtle Dunes St. Augustine Fl

I’m writing this and we’re only 3 days into the trip. Let’s start with the host. Communication has been great from the first day of planning the trip a year ago and continuing. The area around us is good for getting around. Everything from dining to shopping is close. Now the house. It’s appealing from the front and the beach/ocean is your backyard. Inside of the house is immaculate. Sorry for being so meticulous but even the showers are clean from corner to corner. You are well stocked with everything in the kitchen and bathrooms. I would definitely recommend this property and looking forward to staying here again in the future

Fantastic House - Fantastic Vacation

The house in person is even better than the pictures online - Our family of 10 adults and 5 children (ages 74 - 4 months) had a memorable week at Turtle Dunes. We have been doing a family vacation together in mid July for over 10 years. This house was by far our favorite. The kitchen was designed for a large family - two sinks, two dishwashers, two islands, two sets of garbage can drawers. The plates, glasses, pans, cook ware, serve ware, etc were with a large group in mind. The owner/manager was accommodating every step of the way. Great restaurants are near that accommodate large groups and we made a couple trips in to downtown as well. We had a fun day swimming with the dolphins at Marineland - The beach is so very private and just a few steps away. As we said many times this week - this place was TURTLE-LY AWESOME. :-)

Wonderful Turtle Dunes

I knew when I saw the house name “Turtle Dunes” this had to be the house we rented for our family vacation. I LOVE TURTLES! The house was perfect for our family of 16. The house was super clean, the beds were so comfortable and the kitchen totally stocked with everything needed to cook great meals. I can’t say enough about how beautiful yet comfortable this house is. The beach has fantastic soft white sand and it is private so no crowds. The sand wasn’t hot even on 95 degree days. There were two turtle nests right in front of the house. And what a wonderful view of the ocean sitting on the deck. The windows in the house are big and there are lots of them, so when we had a thunderstorm, we had a great light show with all the lightening. This house is WONDERFUL!

Big family vacation in great house!

This property is incredible! Our family of 17 people (ages 8-75) had plenty of room to be comfortable relaxing, sleeping and beaching! We cooked dinner twice and the kitchen was equipped with everything you could imagine!! Teens loved the downstairs living room for gaming and the small kitchen was perfect for their snacks. The speaker system throughout the house was so easy to operate from the ipad on the wall. The house came equipped with everything we needed on the beach: chairs, umbrellas, buckets, shovels, sand toys and even surf boards! My dad had just broke his hip a few weeks ago, the elevator in the house and the beach access made his stay enjoyable. He was able to get out on the beach everyday using his walker. I just can't say enough good things about this house. I feel like the owners thought of everything a family could need, plus more! Hope to return next year!

Great for Large Families
